To be fair to the girl who got pregnant again I think this time the film wasn't shown in order. I am sure when that bit was shown in the last series she found out she was pregnant just after he left and not ages after like it seemed then.

I think Shelbys mum is fantastic and I didn't see her smoke round the little girl.
