Hi! I’ve read your replies and the things you’ve stated are the same as my 5 year old and she’s had HRC since she was 3 and awarded till 2031! But it was the sleep refusal that save us higher rate. Also, Refusal to walk even tho they can is actually a criteria under ‘virtually unable to walk’ for mobility. I understand your child is 4 so they wouldn’t consider mobility yet but it is still something that should be taken into consideration. My daughter can walk but she is at 2 years old development for physical abilities. Just cos a child can put one foot infront of the other doesn’t mean they don’t has issues with walking. I’m so angry for you!

Hey I was an mr 20/11 and they made a decision on 3rd for me. My daughter was finally awarded!!!

Hey, so did a coc to add mobility. 22/11 had a text to say a decision has been made? Normally it says they have been awarded. Could this be a decline? Would ring them but my nerves can't take it lol

Hopefully it’s good news. Call and on the last option press 4 and they should be able to tell you?

MR 20/11 still waiting for decision!
was with a decision maker Monday, she called Tuesday to send extra evidence in, evidence arrived yesterday morning! Called today and they are sending her a message to look at evidence.
28weeks 1day- 50weeks and 1day since original application

Yes rang on Tuesday and they put me through to an escalation person who said it was with a DM and would have a decision between 1 day and 2 weeks! She said not to phone again as they will text me when a decision is made. So close yet so far hey x

i think if you’ve got nothing by Wednesday i’d try again? i’ve heard that they say they will text and then don’t, i’m so stressed about it now😫 going to call again next tuesday xxx

I think you’re right - to send something in November and take this long is shocking. His needs have changed again in that time. I think I will phone Monday if I don’t hear again tomorrow x good luck!

i agree! my little one’s luckily not changed but they told me to get the forms in within 4/5 months of his 3rd birthday for mobility as he doesn’t walk at all, and now he’s been 3 for 2 months🤣 i think its shocking that up until a couple weeks ago they were on their 25 week target which is already long enough and now their target is 30 weeks!!xx
