Hoping they get a move on I think @Liya1xx mentioned a case worker said they will be starting Dec towards end of next week

Yeah I raised my concerns with her and the wait time being ridiculous and she assured me December dates will definitely be starting from the end of next week hopefully we all get some good news soon 🤞🏼🤍

When I spoke to case manager yesterday they were starting to work on 23rd, has there been any MR awards on Facebook?x

I don’t have Facebook so wouldn’t know if anyone has been awarded on there. Honestly don’t know how they work yet they alway say on the phone it’s strict date order

Same here, I got told date order to strictly but I think there’s someone on a previous thread that has been awarded from January x

So not all strictly date order although I haven’t seen many MRs slip through, they’ve all been very quiet

I think it was December then not January, I saw the same and I did say to them I don’t think it’s being done in date order but there adamant it is so I just left it 😩 x

I need to send some too, sure the address is on the letter but I’d send it recorded delivery rather than freepost

what do i need to write on the forms? dont i need to put some info on each page? i thought id seen somewhere that I need to write name dob ect?

I’ve just called for an update on my sons MR, barely waited at all, the lady on the phone was really lovely but she said my case was raised on 31/12 and not 27/12 as I thought but hey ho, waited this long so what’s a few more days 🤷🏻‍♀️ She did say there’s a massive backlog of MRs, said my case wasn’t with a case manager yet but said it was ready to go and I’ve still got plenty of time to send extra evidence. She did also say that I would receive a letter in the post when a decision has been made and that they would send me a text if they needed anymore evidence

Yes, the lady I just spoke to said put the child’s name, dob and reference number on each page that you send

just got off the phone. I called to see if decision had been made on my MR 21/11. Still no decision but they have said they will make it as urgent.
does anyone know how long it usually takes after it’s been marked as urgent?
