Just read online if it’s with a case manager it takes 8 weeks to get a decision

What’s your scan date? Have you tried calling them today?

Is anyone able to tell me how they know the scan date? I know the date the forms were received as I sent them special delivery. I received the 15 week letter about ten weeks ago but no mention of scan date.

I’m sure I saw in the form when I was filling it out they can’t send things back to you don’t know if that also applys to birth certificates

No they will send that back, same has if they request passports they have to send that back too

Ahh ok did they say they can’t find it then ?

They told her it’s not been scanned on system and could take 6 weeks to scan on 😑

What the hell why do dam long surely not

We know from our claims that they usually scan on day after getting it. 6 weeks is a joke
