I called today as my renewal date is 11/6 but they said it's not even being looked at yet and to Cb on 11/6

Haven't had a decision yet, 13/02 just said it was with admin collecting for decision maker, was hoping maybe hear this week with similar dates getting decisions xx

Never heard them say that before x I really hope we hear before we need call back x

I’d love to know how many decision makers there is, and do they have guidelines how many claims they meant to do per day or week.
