That would be impossible they are moving so slow been stuck on 15-20th Nov for last week 😩

I’m going to give them a call around 3ish and ask what dates there on now for MR and hopefully they’ve gotten somewhere ill update everyone x

Yes I got told the same, can still take weeks but that’s it now can’t get it out my head x with my sons in 2023 it was with decision maker 2 days xx

@Katiie13x I was going to wait as my daughter on top form today but seeing a few with same scan date been awarded so people around my scan date with a decision maker I couldn't wait to ring 🙈 x

That's crazy 😩 I don't understand why they are pushing back mr to process the new claims quicker!

I’ve done 3 NC in the past and it’s never taken anymore than 2 days for a decision

She was a lovely call handler, but said it can be with decision maker weeks still 😢 but said wait for letter or call back to keep checking xx

Hi all I’ve just rang took less than 10mins to get through mine is a NC SD 5/03 I’ve been told it’s been assigned to a decision maker any ideas how long now please I’m all new to this was refused last time on lack of evidence (2021) now on the pathway sen plans in place etc all sent with the application 😀hoping we get awarded this time

Yes I’ve found this with my other child’s- you know when you apply for multiple children does it go to same decision maker that done there claim.

has when I 1st applied they said cause I’ve got other child on Dla it will, I don’t know if they was talking crap tho

Did they give you any reason to why it's not been looked at yet ? Seeing as it's ended

Apparently they have been really busy and nothing they can do about it.

Just that it can do this and I will get a decision when they have made one x

@Kelz23 @Mum2allgirls Just called, no decision made, I asked of it was with the decision maker and he paused for ages and then said its with the admin team, I said what does that mean? He said they are putting it together for the decision maker and it can be upto 25 weeks but can be from anytime now until then, so not holding much hope for this week lol Will ring later in the week and ask if they've scanned on the evidence and see what's said then, good luck guys hopefully you hear over the next few days! xx

@Katiie13x sounds like the man who I might of spoke to, as at first when I first got through and went through security he said straight away it's not with a decision maker then paused for ages and said oh let me look then said it's with a decision maker hopefully you will hear soon but it can still be till 5th August but every time I asked a question he paused for ages x

That's exactly what he was like! Paused then said ughhhhhh like he didn't know what to say! I don't get how it can be anytime from now if it's not even with a decision maker but not to worry! Let's see what later in the week brings! He was lovely who I spoke to, just seemed very cautious about what he said xx

I think it's just luck of the draw how long they take to make a decision but this gives me great hope because my scan date is only 2 days after you fingers 🤞 all goes well 💕

I hate waiting the feeling of dread lol…. Fingers crossed you hear something soon 🙂 I rang at 7weeks to make sure they had got the forms as id not heard anything so it’s gone from scanned to decision maker within 6 -7weeks definitely faster than some I’ve seen 🙈 it’s a long winded journey but I wish everyone the best of luck 🤞 betsy93
