I called today even though I'm 9w tomorrow. I know its still early days, but just wanted to see has it progressed past the queue when I rang mid April. No, still in a holding queue. They weren't rude, just stated it as it was and said the usual speel of 25 weeks but can be quicker. We rang for forms mid Feb, and scan date was 1/04. Still a long way to go.
I'm watching and reading how everyone else is doing everyday.

Hey guys so rang this morning for my renewL a decsion has been made but they wouldn't tell me on the phone If I ring back later will i get the same response !!!

Does anyone know how the summer holidays affect a NC? Will they be delayed until September when the teachers can be contacted again for information 🤔

Oh gosh, it seems as though there waiting for them to actually end before they make decision then 🫨

Did they say why they wouldn't tell you what decision was?

No I don't think that's the case I read my.letter wrong and put my renewal in late ugh 😑 so they received it on the 13th of last month they norm do it on the week of I believe, they said they would mark it as urgent last week, but I'm so nervous guys altho they have all the details and information they don't always to it into account

Just called still haven’t scanned my daughter birth certificate on to system . Just told me after week 4 they can try locate it . Other than that keep checking . SD 18/1

The lady said she didn't have access to it all she could see is that a decision was made

What are the hold times like at the minute?

I sent a couple thing’s Thursday, recieved Friday and been scanned on already. Xx

@Kelz23 yeah I thought you was around the same as my scan date, I'm 12/02 so wonder if mine with a decision maker yet

I’ve seen a few for 12/2 done today give them a call xx

@Kelz23 I will try and call later if not I will call tomorrow morning, my children are still on half term till tomorrow and my daughter ( one I'm waiting for DLA) is on top form today because she knows she back to school tomorrow so already smacked one of her sister, smashed her iPad and been kicking off since 6am 🙈

I just called again to ask what I do from now as the claim has ended, he was quite rude and said hopefully you hear by the end of the week !!! 🙃

Hoping they at least get to end of Decembers mr by the end of this week! The anxiety is awful feel for everyone that's been waiting a lot longer than I have x
