@Mum2allgirls that's exactly my thought, the funny thing is he was saying it's really sad that people troll and I'm like I don't think that's the case. I think I just have a very slow dm.

did they give you a reason why it hasn’t been done? My LO Renewal 22/6 and not been done yet xx

I’ve called I wasn’t going to until Friday- they said it’s now gone to decision maker and you will hear something when decision made

she said even though it’s with decision maker doesn’t mean that claim will have decision straight away and could still take up to the 25 weeks

I think the last few weeks have been the worst! To begin with I didn't even think about it! The referral letter I sent off should be there tmoz so I might check that's arrived back end of the week and ask for an update then, sounds promising now yours is with the DM! Xx

Just rang for an update for renewal. Runs out 17/6 (I think)
received 26/3
said claim is with dm and would have a decision before end of claim.
Then toward end of call stated if no decision made by end of claim to ring back.
contradicting statement in a call that lasted 6 minutes including security questions. The mind boggles.

It’s been awful I think with me it’s been last 10 days I can’t shake it out my head xx

I get that! Keeping my fingers crossed it's this week we know one way or another, if we get declined I honestly don't think I'd have an MR in me, the wait times are just horrendous for them guys! xx

Any MR called up today? I’m 03/12 and currently at 26 weeks tomorrow. Do we know what date they are currently working on?

our child's claim runs out a week today and currently awaiting decision on renewal , caved and called just now, been told decision won't be made until Monday ( on day it actually ends?!)

And they said they couldn't even tell me if the renewal is with a decision maker as apparently they can't see that information with renewals?!

just got through and spoke to a lovely lady, she said coc’s are taking 25 weeks and i explained i’m nearing 27 weeks now, she said i’m marking your claim as a priority so will be moved into an urgent claims pile and to ring back friday & should hopefully finally be with a decision maker🤣x

Definitley not trolls, somebody I know scan date was the 29/01, they was awarded and received back payment already around a week and a half ago, I was confused because mine is 20/01 and still nothing!

Thanks Was hoping it’s past 20th November as that was last week lol. Hopefully by end of the week will be near the end of November! Giving it another week before I call again. Xx
