me too! i’ve recently been reading through everything i wrote and all the evidence i sent, like i know he 100% deserves the award were going for but its hard to know if i’ve conveyed myself properly🤔 and if the decision makers will feel the same way x

That’s the issue will they read it how we’ve wrote it, I’m doubting my claim, ive sent in a 9 page statement from myself , his school report from schools senco his speech and language from when he was 3/4 and that is it xx

i sent a 3 page statement from myself which i categorised into different areas of his care, a 2 page statement from his OT, statement from his other OT, physio review, paediatrician letter, recent prescription, genetics letter.

I’m mainly worried about his age as he was 2.5 when i did the form but is 3 now, but he requires so much more care than his peers x

To those who had backpay does it show first thing in the morning or can it drop any time that day?

I'm just wondering how often to be checking my bank. Nothing this morning so far but does that mean it could still happen or do I just wait till tomorrow and check again?

NC SD17/02 no confirmation of being awarded yet so nervously waiting. Was told to expect to wait till mid August.

@MyboyCJ DLA payments normally drop in first thing in the morning. Once awarded the payment should be 3-5 days x

I think it depends who you bank with, some banks show pending like Monzo etc, other banks you won’t see until it’s cleared in the account cx

Kelz23 · 02/06/2025 07:35

Good luck everyone 🤞🏼
