They said if I haven’t heard anything sat to call them. I just don’t know how it’s left to the last min for a decision 😭. Gave lots more information from when my son was first awarded. We only had adhd diagnosis then, since his last one we have AUtism diagnosis, a very detailed speech and language report a detailed iep - going through the motions of an EHCP. We have blue badge and being referred for Tourette/ tics . Medication has also been upped x

I’m phoning back is there any way the case can be upscaled or prioritised xx

I would tell them how many claims you have seen After your date this isn’t just 1 or 2 it’s a lot. Tell them that you it’s not 25 weeks also. Then tell them you want message sent to case manager to sort it has you will be putting in a complaint about them! Xx

When I put this claim in I promised myself I wouldn’t watch forums or fb pages but you can’t help it. Just stress all time and you’re already dealing with loads.

with my daughter I haven’t got much from school that worries me even more. She does have adhd and asd diagnosis but she masks.

@TashaxJ also state it’s unacceptable to be spoken to abruptly
at the end of the day it’s our claims we’re entitled for an update

Don’t let them talk to you like it, if you spoke bad to them they would end the call. Tell them I don’t appreciate being spoken to like that. They make you feel like school kid rude has anything.

Just got off the phone, still nothing they said the time scale is 25 weeks wait. This is getting so annoying now

@Kelz23 my son also masks at school , the report from senco was really gd tho she stated he struggles to regulate his emotions ,violent to his peers, shouts out loud noises, squirms in his seat, no sence of danger etc as soon as I pick him up and he gets in the car everytime without fail he lets loose with animal noises and flaps etc, then there’s my 9 page statement just expressing his struggles so I hope that’s enough,
I’ve been waiting 2 years for ADHD assessment so rekon got another 2 yet

Did they say it was with decision maker, tbh they are just telling us anything

I’ve just seen another January so might leave it until tomorrow she did say they would text when a decisions been made but I doubt they will xx

The thing is if they are waking up to payments they was done 3-5 days ago.

@TashaxJ not everyone is receiving the txt messages, some r some ain’t, then some r waking to money in bank

I’m on the phone again 🤣🤣 Pray I have someone nicer. It’s that time of the month today I’ve had a gutsful. I must have the slowest decision maker ever 😅😅 xx

They should say if they are on leave or something. Some are going to be off has it’s half term so would take leave to spend with there family. Let’s hope next week they get through the claims quicker has this wait doing my head in.

Surely they can’t be on leave for 3 weeks tho mine went to a decision maker on 09/05 xx

My partners like leave it leave it but it’s Friday tomorrow so if no decision is made today or tomorrow have to wait until next week again. It’s driving me mad lol xx

So when they say “your claim is open “ what is it they actually mean because they don’t like to explain themselves
