No as I only called yesterday afternoon I’ll call next week probably. I keep saying I won’t call but it’s really annoying me people after my dates been done.

They just tell us anything I hope we hear in next 2 weeks and they do the last of jan beginning febs one asap xx think it’s awful for them seeing all these late feb being done x

@Sausagedogtoddles you are one of the only other January dates that I know. I’m January too my SD is 08/01. I phoned Tuesday but she said no additional evidence was needed it’s just literally waiting on a decision to be made, it’s been with a decision maker since 09/05 mind so 3 weeks tomorrow. I’m on the phone now lol xx

I’m Jan 31st- called up last week and they said no decision however it was with decision maker and then when I called up on Tuesday they said it’s open not with a decision maker- they are just telling ppl whatever they want to get them off the phone.

I got through literally straight away not even a ringtone but I had the rudest woman ever she said call back at 25 weeks xx

wow did she not even check nothing, I would call back and either do option 2 or 4. Not the same has what you just pressed and hopefully someone new will answer.

If I thought it wouldn’t affect my claim I would make a complaint right now I’ve had enough!! I mean I’ve seen people with Scan Dates of 24/02 get awarded which is almost 7 weeks past my Scan Date it’s an absolute joke. I’m on a war path today 🤣🤣 xx

Just phoned got through straight away had the loveliest person answer, said my renewal forms are now with a case manager and I should have a decision some time next week, so phone back towards of end of next week for update!

Hi all just rang my renewal runs out in sat and still no decision 😭

I’m also waiting on renewal but I’ve got until 6 July for them to do that x

Did they say if its woth a case manager or decision maker? I've just phoned and mines with a case manager they said a decision should be made by end of next week my claim runs out on the 9th june

What’s the difference between case manager & decision maker ?

Ive rang UC. Asif the wait for dla isnt enough the UC battle is the same. The lady has raised with case manager n they have til 6pm to reply tomorrow with hopefully a backpay statement. Constant battle x
