SD - scan date

Not at the moment however is showing signs in terms of her abilities, maybe I should wait and see if she is diagnosed then do another COC 🤣🤣 xxx

so frustrating when im like i already went through the waiting ages for the new claim cant coc be done quicker lol Im also autistic myself and was told 4 different things when i phoned regarding wait times, so it changing constantly makes me so anxious, so im trying hard to put it to the back of my mind but thats so difficult 😂

i won’t lie; i’m struggling to stop thinking about it now, i’ve read through all my evidence again, i’m very active on the fb group especially when it comes to coc’s, i had 23/05 in my calendar as i hit 25 weeks then🤣 trying not to call again till june 2nd but i’ll probably call tomorrow x

ive seen so many febs get awarded over the last few weeks , also on Friday a SD of 24/2 was awarded , don’t know what there playing at why there not doing it in order it doesn’t make any sence

I called for the first time on Friday and the lady I spoke
to said my claim is open I asked what this meant and she said no decision hasn’t been made yet
so what does claim open mean? someone’s looking at it maybe ?

is anyone able to clarify what claim open means?

Yep NC SD 06/02 I’m now thinking they have declined because I’ve seen so many febs get awarded and nothing for me yet some got awarded on Saturday

Oh they said that to me a few weeks ago it means they have received your forms and is just there doesn’t mean nothing much it’s a joke it really is

That’s fine aslong as they’ve got them I received the letter anyway to state they’ve received it

Yea I logged into Mumsnet and see it I was like what the hell and that was a 17/02 as well I’m the 06/02 it’s a bloody joke also someone with 05/02 got a award also with little evidence maybe I shouldn’t have sent all that I did I sent her ehcp her salt report and a report from school

Yeah that is a joke 2bh they should be doing them in order, I saw Friday a SD 24/2 was awarded also, I didn’t send much in a report from school a speech and language report from when he was 3/4 and my 9 page statement

I still haven't heard anything 04/02, I also feel like we've been declined. DS is 10, we've held off for many years now doing DLA but we just don't have the funds to keep him busy, safe and to replace things 24/7! Even with working overtime.. I've a smashed patio table and broken bed from meltdowns over minor things in 3 days, this is the norm in our home though. If we're declined I'm not sure what more supervision / help we have to do as I know of people being accepted for less :( - awaiting diagnosis for adhd / autism after a huge fight for that + 2 years waiting list.

Seeing that they are still working on MRs from November is an absolute joke.

I dont understand why they take so long with them.

We believe my son is entitled to HRM under SMI, they original DM didn't even take SMI into consideration based on the statement of reasons we'd received (despite specifically asking them to consider it).

How they can justify 25+ weeks is beyond me!

Also waiting on a new claim from 27/03 but I dont expect to hear back from that until the end of August if we are lucky. DD is 12 with an ASD diagnosis and looking for a PDA diagnosis also, teenagers are hard work, but a 12 year old girl who masks all day and comes home to violent and sustained meltdowns alongside her brother is just carnage!

Yea I rang last Monday and they said I’ve got another 6/7 weeks how is that possible unless we are a super lazy dm

Oh I’m the same my daughter will walk up the stairs swearing at the top of her voice she broke the baby gate we keep at the top so she don’t tumble down and broke the tv I had to replace and her behaviour is just getting worse at school now so o really need this to be able to buy some stuff for her

god knows what’s going on , if I hear owt from my claim I’ll post on here but I ain’t banking on hearing till July

That can’t be true tho if all these people before mine and after yours are getting awards

That’s what I don’t understand there saying different things to people, the lady that got awarded Thursday her claim was NC and took 16 weeks 1

I rang last week and was told to expect until mid August. This is crazy. I'm now starting to think I didnt send enough evidence. Stressed!!!

Nar there’s people been awarded with little evidence on the last few days

23/02
all get awarded I’m 06/02 with a lot of evidence and I’ve heard nothing

So do you think it's because there is more to look at? I wonder if it depends on where abouts in the country you are?
