Did you call for forms because it will be from that date not your scan date if you did?

I got close to that payment and my scan date was 9/1 my daughter was awarded low rate mobility and medium rate care

Hey. New to here, been following for a while.
NC SD 17/01/25

I am getting beyond frustrated with DLA. Called up to be told they are working in date order and won’t pick it up until it’s been 25 weeks.

I said I know people who have SD 08/01/25 and 09/01/25 who have their award, she said “don’t know where you are getting that from” what the hell? wouldn’t tell me what date they are working at currently and wouldn’t say anything but “25 weeks”.

Can someone please tell me how to get information out of them? Lol
I’m so frustrated with calling them!!

The best way to find out where there at with wait times are on here, they seem to be telling everyone the same thing of 25week but according to mumsnet it’s 17-18 weeks wait at the moment for NC. Until they have a decision on there system you won’t get the truth.

Last time I rang they told me at least 25 weeks… then they hang up on me because I asked why the letters say 15 weeks….

MR SD 14/11 so I’m 25 weeks 1 day. I was told they are currently on November 4th and I’m looking at another 3 weeks for an answer. Just a little infor for anyone with a date close to mine really.

Renewal - scan date February, ends 16th of May 😬

I thought you would have got a decision today 😵‍💫

Unfortunately not 😬 I called an hour or so ago and she said that it should be looked at before the end date but she can’t confirm 🤦🏼‍♀️

my daughters sd was 9/1 and she has been awarded they were very hesitant on telling me when I called they put me through to 2 people the first person I spoke to only said they had made a dision wouldn’t tell my what the outcome was so I asked to speak to someone else and the lovely lady told me what my daughter was awarded and also what money would be backdated and when it would reach my bank also what date it was backdated from I honestly just think it who’s willing to tell you because they are allowed to tell you as it is your child’s claim

Same date and still waiting too, I called last week. I’m going to call again Monday or Tuesday.

I’ve just received confirmation that they’ve received my daughters COC form, it states on the letter it can take 11 weeks for a decision and to help them meet targets I must complete and return any documents they have sent to me? Which they haven’t and only contact them if I haven’t received a decision after 11 weeks! Made me laugh that they’ve even put 11 weeks when I can see on here it’s 25 week plus wait!

You will likely get a letter again telling you 15 weeks in the next couple of weeks that what happened to me but nothing since rang on Thursday and still not with a dm yet.

NC Scan Date: 10/1

Awarded MRC and LRM, I think.

Backdated to form request call date in November.

DS 9 has Autism and ADHD, but only diagnosed last week so DWP don’t have that info.

I haven’t heard anything from DWP other than it’ll be 15 weeks letter. Just showed up as a pending payment in my account yesterday!

Over the moon as this means I can pay for DS’s private assessment now without going into debt and get him more support that he vitally needs.

After I called up the week before last and was told to call back at 30 weeks, I decided to try and call again on Friday. Spoke to a lovely lady who was super helpful and she said a decision was made on the 7th and they've awarded my little boy HRM. I was overjoyed to hear that. SD 25/10 for COC.

By the Looks of this forum there on January for NC seeing a lot of you being award

It seems so. I’m praying it is the case, my scan date is 17/01!
From most NC awards, it seems to be a 17-18 week wait x
