Hello everybody, I have made a new thread please put in your scan date, hopefully we hear some good news this month. please be kind and feel free to share scan date, entitlement award and what child is diagnosed with as others in similar position can feel uplifted in these stressful times. 💐

New claims (NC) are taking ‘around’ 20 weeks.
Mandatory Reconsideration (MR) & Change Of Circumstances (COC) between 20-25 weeks approx.
Renewals between 15-20 weeks approx
tribunals: when you disagree with MR and are considered by a court

scan date (SD) date form was scanned on the system and counting weeks for decision

original claim date: date you called up for the forms and you will be backdated

UC : universal credit
DWP: department of work and pensions
DM: decision maker; the person who assesses each claim and awards/decline a case

number for an update (0800) 121-4600

currently we are beginning of July and some last June dates! xx

Absolutely. I sobbed like a baby. It was sad to see but also a weight off, finally someone else saw what we saw and what they saw mattered more. Little terrors but we’d be lost without them and them us. It’s a disgrace in all honestly having to wait this long but you can be proud of yourself for remaining sane and doing everything in your power to get your daughter the support she deserves.

I called tuesday they said its in a queue for decision maker. I dont know if they are saying right. I hacd seen so many people awarded 3 july scan date in facebook. I am so stressed. Mostly get awarded on wednesday. If they payment cone does it come anytime a day for after 12am like other benefits.

I have heard people say that they have received payments in the day time so definitely can be any time of the day. I may call later to see if new evidence is scanned 🤞🏻

Mine arrived early yesterday morning and it was scanned on when I called yesterday afternoon x

Today's delivery they've had. When you see they are receiving this or more every day you can see why the waiting times are so extensive can't you. Going to call at lunchtime to check my evidence has been scanned on. 18+5 today. Secretly hoping for a decision by the end of play today but I know its more likely to be next week. Just hope that by this time next week I'll have a decision 🤞
Let's hope for lots of awards today before the weekend.

When they received my extra information last Friday they had 5 full boxes of envelopes😅

Yes, some of the pictures I've seen are insane. So I'm quite glad it's only one box today, and I have marked it as urgent and to be scanned straight away so 🤞

Does anyone know if dla is counted towards the £6000 savings limit on universal credit? IF we are awarded, depending on rates, we could potentially go over this. We do plan to spend it all but as it’s 4 weekly, we could potentially receive it again just before uc is due and it could potentially put us right over

If anyone wants to ring for an update I would ring now! I usually dial 1215 I've just rang and didn't even get round to pressing 5 I was straight through, SD 11/7 was told it's in the last holding pile but should be seen to in the next week so ring up next week for an update🤗 happy I've had someone who's actually helpful but getting more and more anxious the closer my girl gets to a decision😬

I've rang twice today regarding my extra evidence that I sent weeks and weeks ago it's still missing the lady was awful on the phone! So I've rang back and just my luck the same lady answered so I've put the phone down and going to try again in a hour! I can't believe how much of a nightmare this supporting evidence has been so I'm going to resend it Monday and try and gather more as my dd is regressing more and more! She has a 1-1 at school and going through a ehcp so I'm praying this evidence will get there Tuesday!

im sure backdated benefits are disregarded for 12 months or something
