No nothing still 😕 yesterday I called and they said haven't gone to DM 🤦🏻‍♀️

SD 14/03 went to DM on the day. I asked for a text to be sent with the decision and she added a note to ask. Said it could be up to two weeks.

Hi all, SD 15/03. Just come off the phone to them, decision was made an hour ago but wouldn’t tell me if my son had been awarded it or not as it wasn’t updated on their system. One was to make me mega nervous!

That’s so stressful!

Does the helpline shut at 5? I've been on hold for 55 minutes so far 😫

Yes and it took me 90 mins to get through 😭

I'm sure it's 5.30 if you're on hold already by 5pm x

I was on hold the other day at it shut at half 5
Unfortunately I'd been on hold from half 2 but they hung up called back at 4 for the lines to shut at 5.30

I'd be having kittens! Good luck for tomorrow X really feel like there have been hardly any awards this week, it's a bit demoralising.

Oh didn’t realise it was 5:30!

I’ve been asked for my sort code as a security question a couple of times even before it was with the DM I don’t think it means anything.

When I asked the lady if I could get a text with the outcome she said ‘yes ok, so you’ll get the text and then you can ring up to see what the rates are’ wishful thinking that she knows more than she let on?!

It does sound like she already knew the result by what you have said.. Aww it must be horrendous going back through it all in your head and then waiting over night for some clarity!

I'd be the exact same! Ah I really hope we get some good news for a few people on here tomorrow, otherwise it's been the slowest week since I started this awful wait x

On Tuesday I was told it was with the DM and would hear in the next few days, just been told now its not with the DM but is at the top of the DMs pile? "Could be a tomorrow, could be the end of next week. Keep an eye on your phone"
So sick of being told something different everytime I ring, its maddening!
Im done ringing now, just going to wait it out because ringing is driving me insane 🙃

my scan date is 02/04 but im to scared to phone up for update ive not phoned at all apart from phoning end of april to make sure they recieved my forms.

They’re mainly on mid march now, some from beginning still being awarded too.

Yeah I called the long way both times so don't understand the difference in information. Baffles me! The left arm doesn't know what the right arms doing! 🙄😂 x
