Congrats! What’s your SD? I’m 15+3 not sure whether to call, as my sons been taken on for trauma counselling on top of his autism, which they don’t know about yet. It’s going to mean a lot of trips to CAMHS which isn’t near us.

I called the long way, and the lady did tell me it should be done by the 26th but it is still in a holding queue. I did tell her I was worrying it won’t be done in time and she then told me his next payment dates. She said they normally get renewals done a month before there due to end but there’s a back log x

Hi, does anyone know how I go about getting the child disability element added to my tax credits? Also to get it backdated? Not on universal credit still receiving old style tax credits x

Hiya I’m 19/03 but I called yesterday for an update and explained a few struggles and he marked it as priority had text today I would deffo say call! I didn’t want too but two lovely ladies on here told me too 💕

So we was awarded yesterday found out earlier today I've updated uc and they have replied saying the change has been verified and now passed to. Decision maker for backpay they have said 4-6weeks is This the waiting times with peoples experiences recently I know in Feb I waited 1.5 weeks for my daughters backpay but with hers I had await verification but this time round she says it's been verified already

On hold for over an hour the long way, no decision yet but spoke to a lovely lady who said there should be by now so she would prioritise it and to try again next Wednesday. SD 14/3.

Been on hold 1 hr 30 for someone to answer and say um then hang up 😭
Going to call again as 15 weeks today but at this rate they'll be shut before anyone answers

After 1HR 30min I got through hang in there! We got HRC, no mobility but only 3yrs so know it’s extremely hard to get little one does meet criteria of VUV & SMI which I stated too but oh well I’m glad it’s over good luck everybody waiting and thank you everybody for being so supportive x

I'm 15 weeks today too so please keep me updated and hope you get a decision soon 🙏🏻

I didn't call today as I called on Wednesday and no luck so going to call Monday morning
