14/03 expecting a decline because I’ve had to fight every step of the way for my daughter already.

Yes call! Choose the last option ‘ if your calling for anything’ else not the first option ‘to check progress’ I’ve found they are much more nicer and helpful although it takes a while longer to get through

Literally me too. Peeds have refused to see my son and all that have hardly any evidence couple of letters no support from sons nursery. And my dla will get rejected 😂 bonus

Similar. No one commissioned in the area for long Covid but also lots of professionals thing to blame it on anxiety for months. I have sent in:

diary of all the things I do for her
all consultant letters but they’re mainly private
school attendance to show she’s too ill to attend
confirmation of virtual learning for medical needs from the LA

Not sure what more I can do, maybe invite the DM to stay with us for a week?!

I wish they would do a face to face assessment tbh! My son can’t sit atall during a whole day

Has anyone ever sent a renewal in and it’s not been renewed in time before the claim ends ?
Or do they normally always get renewed in time x

My scan date is 13/03, I called this morning and got through straight away, all he said was a decision still hasn’t been made and If I don’t hear anything by the 29th of this month to call again 😩

Have many people got texts this week? Seems like it's mostly people who have tried their luck on the phone who've got their news? Trying to hold out til after 2pm to call!

So with all the misunderstanding and stress this week with speaking to dm Tuesday and him making no sense to me my son was awarded yesterday hrc lrm I'm more than happy and was not expecting this sd 5/3

yes I called and she said no decision to call back in 3 weeks time and that she will note that I’ve called basically bs xx

I've rang up about renewal and they said it's very rare they go over.. and normally delt with on time unless sent back late.. try ring 2 weeks before it's due to end to ask where it's at

Your child should have a claim reference number which can use instead. If not then just write name and DOB to usual address. Best of luck.

I called up today to check progress as my sons current award ends 26th July it’s still in the holding queue she said x

Ring them back up Monday see what they say
.. try ringing the long way 1523 that way normally tells you more and then if they don't give you information your looking for ask to be put through to someone who can tell you more and state your worried about how close it is to renewal x
