Could you post if:

A) You have booked and received a confirmation by email.

B) You have sent the form and cheque but have not had confirmation of your booking.

Or

C) Intend to book but have not yet sent the form/cheque.

Moondog has received 12 bookings so far, but I have had 26 forms requested.

If Moondog receives less than 15 bookings the event can't go ahead, so she may have to open it up to people from other places, but ideally we'd like to keep it to MNSN only.

Ie have said to Lougle and moonday I am happy to provide a big pot of veggie chilli and crusty bread if people want lunch, just need to know how many would like it... free of charge, (church who are giving the venue are in partnership with local foodbank, so thought I would put a collection plate out for donations for the food.)

it should be ok for vegans, and CF/GF (minus the bread, of course)

Hello folks
I have replied to every person who wanted to come so I hope you have all received an email.
There are 17 people in all signed up, which includes 4 chaps (one of whom is doing techy stuff very kindly) so that is a nice number, we feel.
Some old friends but mostly new folk.
I am closing the sign up list from today, so any applications sent from now on will be returned.

Really looking forward to meeting you all. Gandhi/Lovely Colleague and I now just have the tricky job of working out how to convey so much stuff to you in such a short space of time and getting ourselves and our gear down to Swindon in a complex train journey that feels like the recreation of a Victorian grand tour!

All okay with DH. Surely you could use your secret ABA powers to brainwash some innocent bystander to drive all your equipment down. At least that is what them in my old LA seem to think ABA is all about.........
