yum love that sort of lunch @lechatnoir! although never realised sriracha was syns Blush i've been banging it on my plate thinking it was like tabasco and syn free lol

Yesterday was ok until I went to a friends for her birthday, had a takeaway and didn't choose any of the lighter options and had a few drinks then a slice of birthday cake Grin so suspect tomorrow will not be a loss! Nevermind it was a nice evening and I'm back on it today.

B - big coffee

L - jam sandwich (HEB, 3 syns) apple and quavers (4)

T - pasta with cheese (HEA x2) and salad

S - passion fruit and a muller light (1/2)

absolutely, told myself i wouldn't worry over plans when we've been cooped up separated from friends and family for so long!

STS this week anyway so that was a pleasant surprise as expected a small gain.

B - toast and butter (3 syns and HEB)

L - low fat supernoodles (2)

T - hot dog in a bun with tomato sauce (7 syns total i believe?) with SW chips and fried onions

probably find a way to sneak some chocolate in as well since it is weigh day Grin

I know it's a cliché @Blondeshavemorefun but a loss is a loss and if you have been on plan it will probably show next week. Don't go off the rails! Think of a pack of lard off your hips....

Agree @Blondeshavemorefun it's hard but it could be half a pound on and fingers crossed it will show next week.
B: egg & spinach on toast b and lots of coffee a
L: jacket potato with beans and side salad
D: sausage pasta. Parmesan a.

Snacks: apple, cherry tomatoes (I eat these by the bucketload Grin)

Any thoughts what I should syn my sausages - good quality farm shop pork sausages. I will use 6 for the meal that does 5 servings.

I reckon I'll be joining you half pound ladies after a very indulgent night out - three course dinner & drinks at a friends absolutely nothing SW friendly Shock.
B: sw fry up and toast b coffee with
Milk a
L: fruit & small bowl of soup (late breakfast - not massively hungry but trying to preempt the late afternoon hunger!)
D steak, mini roast and veg

definitely one meal out of 21 can't be too damaging and life is still for living!

i had a bit of a weird day yesterday which saw me only have tea of a fish finger sandwich and crisps and a kinder bueno, calorie wise it was low for a full day but syns probably off the charts! back to eating actual meals today.

B - coffee as always (HEA)

L - low fat noodles, toast and a bit of butter (HEB, 3.5 syns)

T - cuban beef picadillo from one of the SW books, like a tangy chilli, with some ff yog

S - skinny dream (5 syns) and some fruit

Joining in after a break. Really struggling to stay on plan but here's today. Just taking it one meal at a timez not putting too much pressure on myself

Breakfast....porridge with hex a milk. Banana. Melon. Latte with hex a milk

Lunch....m and s cafe jacket potato with cheese for hex a no butter. Side salad which didn't seem to dressing heavy tbh

Dinner....m and s count of us chilli 3.5 syns. One of those microwave sachets of veg. Might have 2 of those actually.

Last hex a in tea through the day
