My youngest is 6 on Tuesday I would love one more but we are done now.

D - sausages (3), chips, beans, onions and tomatoes with tomato relish (3)
S - skinny whip bar (4.5)

10.5 syns so far, so just enough for another skinny whip later if I want one!

T - smoked salmon kedgeree from the new sw magazine

S - eh too many sweeties, chocolates and whatnot 😬

omg the kedgeree was so good and really easy with minimal washing up, really recommend!

it doesn't look like i have a lot because i wasn't convinced i would like it but i went back for seconds 😏

L - leftover pasta bake
D - chicken, roast potatoes, parsnips, carrots, peas and gravy (1)
S - 2 hifis (HEB), 4 mikado sticks (2), mini twister (2), skinny whip bar (4.5)

12.5 syns in total. Weigh day tomorrow, hoping to lose the 1.5 I gained last week plus a bit extra 🤞

Back to work for me today so should be much easier to stay on plan!

L - leek and potato soup with bread and butter (1.5 syns)

T - morrisons fishcake (2 syns) with peas and a poached egg

S - strawberries, apple, cheese (HEA) and some steak flavoured wotsits (3.5 syns)

Hi ladies,

Finally bit the bullet and weighed myself today and only put on 1.2lbs - 4.2lbs in total since pregnant so not that bad really haha 🤪 not entirely sure how as I've literally not cooked anything all weekend so it's been a very VERY off plan weekend for me.

feeling really nauseous today so can't imagine I'm gonna be eating much 😞 can't wait for this to go away now as I just wanna get back to cooking and eating normal and proper meals so jealous reading all your yummy sw friendly meals

You can still eat sensibly but don’t feel bad if uou have a treat or day off

T - fanta chicken and rice

S - apple and cheese in the afternoon (HEA) then weetabix cake (3.5 syns) with choc shot (1/2 syn) and strawberries to have with the bake off

Yesterday I didn't actually do so bad I mean I wasn't on plan haha but I've had much worse days. Made goodish choices and I think that's as much as I can expect of myself especially when I took the afternoon off work as I felt so nauseous!

Need to go food shopping desperately haha

Feeling "okay" today so aiming for a good day:

B - toast (b) with cheese spread (part a) and a coffee which didn't go down well but still (part a and 1)
L - risotto with some vegetables (4)
D - bolognese pasta bake (maybe with salad) (a)

need to add a skinny crunch bar (HEB), some maltesers buttons (2 syns worth) and chocolate fingers (2 syns) to my snacking 🥴 takes me to 10.5 syns as i'm planning a scoop of ice cream with my weetabix cake later

not sure what's going on with me i just need all the sweet and chocolatey things just now!

sacked off the weetabix cake dessert last night as was full from dinner so not as high in syns as i thought yesterday!

L - brie and ham toastie (i know brie isn't HEA but since it's a one off i'm counting it Grin) and some tomato soup

T - spag bol with parmesan (HEA)
