ooh fun I've given you both a follow! fingers crossed all well at your scan this morning @Bl0ndi3, exciting!

2lbs lost for me this week so i've finally got to 3.5 stone lost, absolutely d e l i g h t e d!! but it's BILs birthday today and we're off out for tea which had to be pre-ordered so I already know it's going to be naughty.

B - 2x slices of nimble with butter and jam (HEB, 3.5 syns)

L - all going a bit downhill, got some large white rolls and cheese and onion sandwich filler that i can't wait to have with some crisps

T - scotch egg starter, fish and chips with mushy peas and probably a wee slice of birthday cake Grin

Well I've weighed and don't even want to put it on insta. Up 1.5lbs in my second week. That'll be the result of this shitty covid testing week. I went completely off track while worrying.

Yesterday -

B - tea (a) with a Richmond meat free sausage (3) sandwich (b) with brown sauce (0.5)
L- meatball pasta
D - chilli with rice and salad, topped with primula (a) and jalapeños for extra speed

Today -

L - chilli with rice and salad, again, topped with primula (a) and jalapeños for extra speed
D - lentil potato and veg curry with rice (might make some low syn naan but depends if I cba lol)

Congratulations @Bl0ndi3, so glad baby is doing well!

I’ve been on and off plan all week, not really sticking to it properly at all. Really need to do better this week. Planning to make a batch of soup today for work lunches this week and a batch of bolognese for the freezer so I am prepared for the days where I can’t be bothered to cook.

Nothing for breakfast. Little one is keeping me busy in the night so I've had a lie in while DH is here to entertain the 5yo.

Lunch- veggie roast. Not technically sw friendly because of the nut loaf but hey.
Dinner- I think it will be a cheese toastie with sw chips
Syns- (ignoring the veggie roast) hot chocolate (2 and hexa) and dairy milk (8)

S - twister lolly (2), skinny whip (4.5)

Haven’t had a B choice yet so might have a couple of hifi bars later on.

L - leftover chicken and stuffing in a sandwich with mayo and cranberry sauce (HEB, 1.5 stuffing, 0.5 mayo and 1 cranberry)

T - leftover onion rice from sat made into veggie egg fried rice with mayflower curry (4)

S - apple, cheese (HEA) and a muller light crunch (2.5)

a day of weekend leftovers 😂

B - Bran flakes and milk with a tea (a and b)
L - Leftover veg curry with rice and salad
D - Chilli with rice and salad with cheese and jalapeños (a) (I made lots at the weekend)

S - plan on having a hot choc with skinny crunch (3.5 and b) and maybe a Muller light crunch (2.5) with an apple or some melon

I've loads of leftovers in the fridge at the minute and no room in the freezer for them!!

L - tattie soup with bread and butter (HEB, 1.5)

T - macaroni cheese made using half stock and half milk in the sauce as well as cheese and cornflour to thicken it (2x HEA, 1 syn) with peas and broccoli - might be rotten but i really want macaroni cheese and haven't any squash for the slimming eats version!

S - apple, ringos and a chocolate digestive 😒 (7)

D - vegan shawarma (1.5) on lettuce leaves and cheesy chips (a) plus garlic and herb sauce (2)

I have had sneaky tastes of the biscoff cheesecake I made for my OH to take to work and a couple sneaky tastes of the leftover melted biscoff spread for decoration so I'm probably at syns today haha.

If I get hungry later I might have a hot choc (3.5) and my skinny crunch because why not.

Oooh that quiche sounds so good but sadly despite my previous frittata obsession I'm seriously off anything like that still haha! I used to love my frittata and now the thought of it still makes me 😶 I think it's the rosti on yours - mmmmm potato/carbs haha

Hello all hope everyone well, I've not been on for ages as I've not really been feeling it just a bit fed up and down..kids have all needed a bit more of me recently which has left me feeling a bit wrung out.

Good day today I'm feeling a bit more positive too on the plus side I've not gained but I've not lost much more either!

L-ham and salad and melon
D-prawn and noodle Thai soup (peanuts half heb)
Yogurt, stewed apple and blackberries (1)
Benefit bar (half heb)
5 Maltesers (5)

@Bl0ndi3 it was quite good but not quite as nice as a normal quiche with all it's lovely pastry! i used this recipe

sorry you're having a rough time @troppibambini it's not unexpected when in a lockdown and the fact you haven't gained is amazing, so well done you!!

L - egg mayo roll (HEB 1/2 syn)

T - chicken fillets done in cornflour (1 syn) with chips and beans, yes i am 5 years old

S - apple, cheese and some quavers (HEA and 4.5 syns)

need to really work on getting more speed foods in, i'm quite fussy with veg and there's not a lot in the way of decent fruit being in season so i'm relying on the apples and the fact beans count as one of five a day 😂
