Doing an SP week (bar xmas day)
Tomorrow I am planning:
B: veg sausages, baked beans, kale, asparagus and mushroom
L: Weetabix (made with water) (B) blackberries, strawberries, raspberries and clementine (finding it easier to have sweet at lunch, savoury at breakfast
)
T: mayflower curry (3-4): butterbeans, chickpeas, mushroom, onion and cauliflower rice with greens
snacks: 225ml choc oatly (A) , chopped apple with cinnamon, aldi choc orange rice cake bar (4.5) and cashew nuts (B) : will have as need
Drinking lime-soda (no added sugar lime cordial).
Really, really want a loss come WI (next Wednesday)
