I need my jaws wired. Cannot stop eating and I've gone into 40th Birthday mode!

Well done @OwlinaTree!

Had weigh in this morning. Lost 4lbs this week, and got my stone award, that’s 1 st 1lb in a month ☺️

FelixCited · 15/12/2017 15:35

Wow Lottbarn, that is inspirational!

I have until 5th Jan to slim down as much as possible for a special event. Started SW on 5th Dec, hope I can do as well as you.
I’m then aiming to be at target on April 5th.
Wishing everyone success over the Christmas period

Groovee · 15/12/2017 17:47

Well done @Lottbarn

Good luck @FelixCited

Well done Lottbarn

Happy birthday Groovee

I’ve not been weighed since Halloween, had to quit my group, and couldn’t be arsed to join another one, but rejoined today, and I’ve gained 7lb Blush. I blame the Christmas sweets. Have been good all week though, so hoping to continue until Christmas, have a blast, then back on it to maintain.

FitbitAddict · 17/12/2017 11:51

Well done Lottbam

I gained a little after a heavy-going few days of work events but I'm back on track now and currently lower than my last lowest weigh in three weeks ago, just have to hang on to that until my weigh in on Weds!

I went for drinks with former work colleagues last night and one lady had been doing SW and she looked AMAZING! I've seen her lose and regain the same 1.5st over the last six years with WW etc but she's been really successful with SW and of course I told her how amazing she looked.

I'm doing the 12 days of Christmas, I made it up myself - 12 days of abstinence until Christmas Day! Just really healthy eating apart from licking the spoon when I made chocolate truffles this morning.

FelixCited · 17/12/2017 19:25

I like the 12 days of Christmas idea!

Groovee · 18/12/2017 07:24

Thanks @ALemonyPea. Had a great birthday. Heading home today. Will be 100% on plan until Christmas Day x

Can anyone give me inspiration for the Christmas Taster evening? I need something quick, easy and cheap!! Working all day tomorrow before group and money is very tight. I have just found a recipe for sweet potato pakora which look quite tasty, but if anyone can inspire me with anything else I'd be grateful. Grin

OwlinaTree · 18/12/2017 19:31

I'm doing these

Oh Yes, I did tem last year, I remember now. Thanks Owlina

latedecember1963 · 19/12/2017 20:17

Lost 1/2 lb at yesterday's WI. That's my last WI until Tues 2nd Jan as my group is doing a WI on Christmas Eve and I can't make that. I'm ending the year just over 1 1/2 stones lighter than this time last year which makes me happy, even though I realise I still have a long way to go.
Hope everyone has a good week!

ibuiltahomeforyou · 20/12/2017 07:04

Hi, I'd love to rejoin this thread - I've been on and off the thread (but mostly on-plan) but am determined to make it to target for the first time!

I need a big kick up the arse over Christmas otherwise I'll be face down in Quality Street without even liking them!

I'm finishing the year 2 stone 9lbs down on my start weight and have about half a stone to target.

My plan for today is:

B: porridge with fruit
L: beans on toast
D: going out so will check the restaurant menu

I also get two hexBs and two hexAs as I'm breastfeeding.

caremummy · 20/12/2017 20:47

Maintain this week (WI tues)
Doing an SP week (bar xmas day)
Tomorrow I am planning:
B: veg sausages, baked beans, kale, asparagus and mushroom
L: Weetabix (made with water) (B) blackberries, strawberries, raspberries and clementine (finding it easier to have sweet at lunch, savoury at breakfast Hmm )
T: mayflower curry (3-4): butterbeans, chickpeas, mushroom, onion and cauliflower rice with greens
snacks: 225ml choc oatly (A) , chopped apple with cinnamon, aldi choc orange rice cake bar (4.5) and cashew nuts (B) : will have as need
Drinking lime-soda (no added sugar lime cordial).
Really, really want a loss come WI (next Wednesday)

caremummy · 20/12/2017 20:52

I am also going to force myself to go to an exercise class tomorrow. 'Body Pump' 'Body Combat' or Pilates.

caremummy · 20/12/2017 22:34

for f* sake. It was going so well. Just binged out, need to stop doing this. It's not even due to doing SP, do this normally.

FelixCited · 21/12/2017 11:49

I’m doing well,
instead of drinking a whole bottle of wine last night at a friends Xmas meal I took 2 cans of gin & tonic and paced myself. So no hangover this morning - bonus Grin

caremummy · 21/12/2017 12:44

better today.
Found a HIIT class near me, so going to that this evening.
B: as planned except asparagus and cherry tom.
Currently eating cereal with chopped apple, orange, blackberry and raspberry.
Curry in slow cooker with lots of speeds: mushroom, onion, carrot, kale, courgette, cauliflower and sprouts. Chickpeas and butterbeans for protein.
Hoping for a good day, keeping my hexa, other hexb and left over syns for tonight -usually problematic

caremummy · 21/12/2017 12:50

oh and 4 syns on the vegan sausages I was using up. 8 syns for the curry (4-6 portions though).

Lottbarn · 22/12/2017 12:53

1.5lbs off this week. 1 stone 2.5lbs in 5 weeks which I’m chuffed with. Really pleased to be going into Christmas with a stone gone!

latedecember1963 · 22/12/2017 18:15

Well done, Lottbarn!
Glad you had a better day yesterday, Caremummy.

caremummy · 22/12/2017 22:13

another good day Grin
full 15 syns and both hexb's used but I've had a tofu breakthrough!
Never liked it before but found a way I like it , and basing meals on it now. Off to Sainsbury's tomorrow for more tofu and other supplies.
B: small orange, choc oatly (A)
L: left over curry (1) wholemeal thin (B1)
T: baked tofu cubes, mushy peas and celeriac chips
snack: choc Weetabix plus frozen blackberries (not sure whether its 1/2B + 1 or B+2) - really nice, just with hot water almost like a pudding.(allowing 4 syns as damage control)
reduced sugar sweets (10 - worth it)
Booked another HIIT class for sunday, even though I can't bend down as it is !
if I've not lost i'll be so sad

caremummy · 22/12/2017 22:13

big well done, Lottbarn xx

Groovee · 23/12/2017 21:10

I've lost the plot!
