Afternoon all! I've been dodging this thread after last week where I put on half a pound - totally my own fault, I got cocky after losing 12lb in 6 weeks! Today's weigh in brought me back down half a pound so I'm back at the 12lb loss mark in my eighth week. Have a big boozy weekend away this weekend so going to have a shot at doing SP today + thursday and again on monday + tuesday to mitigate it...

Those photos are really inspirational, groovee!

I can't help on the breakfast front jim, I'm afraid. I tend to stick to tea + skimmed milk and then have a ginormous salad on the very dot of 12!

I'm trying to do a full week of SP and I'm finding it hard to make meals for the full day good with breakfast and dinner but struggling with lunch and snack options which isn't fruit or eggs. Any ideas ?

Petaldrops, SW quiche makes a nice lunch, with salad.
If I am at home for an SP lunch, I cook stir fry veg with chicken or fish.
If you are taking lunch to work, you could try taking the previous day's SP dinner leftovers to reheat.
Or have a normal EE lunch, and just have other meals as SP ( no extra B choice then,though).

Had weigh in yesterday.. lost 4lbs this week.. 11lb in 3 weeks, want to loose a stone before Christmas.. fingers crossed!

I've put 1.5lbs back on this week. The perils of not being able to be active. I'm going have to not let myself become disheartened and think sod it, because I'll be stone heavier by New Year otherwise. I'll just keep on doing the best I can.

I've had a messy few weeks, few nights out and bad days with the resulting hangovers! Weighed myself this morning and I've put on 3lbs so determined to be strict this week (until Saturday when I'm out again!)

Absolutely no idea how other than my running making up for bad days but I lost 2lbs this week Grin. Curry night with friends this Wednesday (cooked by a friend not my choice unfortunately) and drinks on Saturday other than that a clear week and doing a few long runs again so fingers crossed I can do another 2lbs next week then I'll be 10st 9 and hoping any Xmas excess doesn't send me back up to 11 stone again Blush

Hello everyone. I've not had a good couple of weeks.

I enjoyed Paris but that "holiday mode" has rolled over and continued and I've avoided class for two weeks now Blush

My scales tell me I'm in for a hefty gain though - probably half a stone. I usually weigh in on a Saturday morning but I'm going to go to a weigh-and-go class tomorrow morning before work to draw a line under it and get my head in the game. I'll go back to my normal class from the 23rd.

I lost the final lb and got to target!!! Xmas Smile🎉🎉🎊

So delighted, now 3st 6lb lighter. 2st lighter than this time last year.

Now to try to ensure I don't gain too much over Xmas!

I am slinking back in after a few weeks of being frustrated with it all. 2 weeks of gaining for no particular eating, then last night a 4.5lb loss!! Shock I was sat in group feeling like a cheshire cat!! Grin I am now back 1lb over the 5 stone lost mark and have just 0.5lb to get to my lowest weight again and then on into virgin territory. I can't say I have found the magic key - I did no different, but my body just seemed to finally click onto the fact I had been trying to lose weight! I hope it now continues and that was not a total fluke. I know I wont lose so much every week, obviously, as I am 18 months into this, but this has given me a boost.
