Afternoon all! I've been dodging this thread after last week where I put on half a pound - totally my own fault, I got cocky after losing 12lb in 6 weeks! Today's weigh in brought me back down half a pound so I'm back at the 12lb loss mark in my eighth week. Have a big boozy weekend away this weekend so going to have a shot at doing SP today + thursday and again on monday + tuesday to mitigate it...

I can't help on the breakfast front jim, I'm afraid. I tend to stick to tea + skimmed milk and then have a ginormous salad on the very dot of 12!
