Good week for me, lost 2.5lb! Another 2.5 to go to get 2 stone award. 1.5 will get me to the next half stone. 3lb to get into normal bmi!! I won't do so well next week though, as we have visitors coming so no doubt there will be booze and snacking galore!

Tasting night went well, I've decided to try to get the Slimming world curry book and get a waffle mould to try the waffles made of oats. A few people commented on the eggy muffins too, so I felt quite pleased as I'm a crap cook.

Don't worry about it, harder. Just go and get weighed and start the new week on plan, look forward to the next goal not back.

Not had time to read posts but well done to all the losers.

Crazy busy at work - even brought some home...

B - 2 cups of tea 1 syn.

L - watercress and rocket, ham, cottage cheese, peppers and tomatoes 1.5 syn for salad cream.

D - buttwing chorizo and chicken. I put it in the slow cooker at 7am, tasted beaut for dinner. I have some left over for lunch tomorrow. 2 syns.

Freddo and two more brews 6 syns.

10.5 syns today.

I was good with food both yesterday and the day before but then last night I had I Ferrero rocher. I just couldn't stop. So I went up to 32 syns. I'm such a self sabotager.

lulo draw a line and get back on it again today. I'm never safe just having one of something like that. DH and I can't be trusted with stuff like that in the house!

Luloo don't beat yourself up. We have all done it. I can't be trusted to have things like that in the house as I will just eat the whole lot! At least you have syn'd it so know how over you are.
Try to limit syns over the next few days and it should even itself out.

I have had to commute up to London today for work so it was an early start for me! Feeling in control though as prepped over night oats last night and made soup yesterday that I have brought with me for lunch.

The only thing I am short on is snacks. I will be ok this morning but travelling back this afternoon I will struggle!! Any ideas on what I can buy from a newsagents that is as low syn as possible??!!

Just had wi and only 1/2 off. Bit disappointed but it's the end of ☆ week so will see what happens next week.

Not sure on todays plan. Dp is off work poorly so probably won't bother with the planned chicken curry. Lunch will be soup.

lulu you are over by 17 syns. If you have 6.5 syns today and tomorrow that will even out to 15 a day over the 3 days. Is that doable?

I've just had Wi. Lost 4.5lb (over 2 weeks) & got my 3 stone certificate!!! I never thought I would get this far.

I'm feeling like I'm always thinking about food at the moment. Not necessarily to eat now, but just meal planning, online shopping, browsing recipe sites, logging food eaten etc.

I'm trying to build up 6 weeks meal plans with no repeats so I've got a good base of meals to choose from and don't need to continually be looking for inspiration so we don't get bored. I've just drawn up week 4 and we've only repeated about 3 dinners so far. Going to do the online shop in a minute.

I lost 4.5lb!!!!!!!! Granted 4 of that I had put on the week before so only half really but considering I still on the worst period in the world I'm chuffedSmile

Ooh they look yummy groovee! Are they smooth or do they have bits in?! I'm a bit funny with bitty yoghurts! Haha

I am really struggling this afternoon! I have run out of food and need to eat! Not sure what is syn free/really low syns from a newsagents!! Please help someone!

Those yogurts look good groovee can't say I've seen them before.
Well I've been out to lunch. I had garlic mushrooms to start and then a tomatoey pasta dish with chicken and chorizo.
probably a few too many syns but will start again tomorrow.
Got a bowl of mango to eat later.
Has anyone tried the new hifi bars? Salted caramel. I didn't take extra money today so may try some next week.

I've tried the new ones. They are not chocolate, but have a lovely caramel taste. I probably won't buy them again because I prefer the chocolate ones.

Well done butt, that's a great loss. Stay the same is good harder, considering you thought you were going to gain.

Yes, I think I can pull it back by reducing my syns intake for the next three days. I usually use up all 15 of my syns but I'm going to try to go no higher than 7 for the next 3 days. Thanks all.

And well done Butt and Lavender on your big losses. Lavender, 3 stone loss together is amazing.

Hi to you all, some really inspirational messages on here so well done all. I have 5 stone to loose and I'm in self destruct mode. It's like I'm looking up at a mountain that's too high to climb and I've just decided to eat Confused. I have done SW and lost a stone on and off, my baby is 10 months so I think it's time to re focus and get my ass in gear. Any easing in advice?
