Rastel38 · 11/11/2016 12:22

lemony thats a great nsv. I think that must be so motivating. Get some 12's to aim for, I bet you will be in them before Christmas.

icklekid · 11/11/2016 12:52

Congratulations em sorry for the delay making target must feel amazing!

Has anyone any experience of changing target? I have 3 stone to lose to get to target (already lost 1 of them). When I set it I went for a healthy bmi however now I've started I know I would like to aim for lower. Should I wait until I meet target or change now?

I've stopped recording in a food diary this week and whilst I still feel like I've stuck to plan I don't know exactly how many syns (definitely less than 15 though) do most of you record or just at the start? I keep buying jewellery rather than clothes so I can wait until lose weight first!

ALemonyPea · 11/11/2016 13:20

I always record, otherwise I go over.

I'm soooooooo excited about the mint hifi bars next week. I plan on buying 5 boxes.

My birthday on Sunday, not doing anything food related. I want to be in that lower stone next week, I am bang on the stone mark, should do it.

LavenderRains · 11/11/2016 14:27

Well done losers 👍. lemony can I ask?please don't answer if you would rather not. When going from a size 22 to an almost 12 do you have any, ahem, baggy skin with all the weight loss?

ALemonyPea · 11/11/2016 16:10

I don't mind answering. I've some saggy skin on my bottom, and an awful lower stomach, but the stomach is mainly from having three large pregnancies and three c sections. I'm hoping to get plastic surgery on my stomach, definitely needed.

LavenderRains · 11/11/2016 18:21

You will be like a new woman lemonyGrin my legs are huge. I've lost an inch off each thigh already & annoyingly an inch off my boobs. I ought to exercise more really!

iklboo · 11/11/2016 18:54

I had pizza today. Well.... not real pizza.

Kingsmill wholemeal thin (HEXB) as two halves
2 tbsp of doritos mild salsa (one on each half)
30g Mexicana cheese (HEXA) divided
2 slices chorizo (1 syn total) divided
Handful of peppers & onion divided

It was loooooooooovely!

OwlinaTree · 11/11/2016 19:02

Congratulations em!

LavenderRains · 11/11/2016 20:11

I keep meaning to ask. What's nsv?

ALemonyPea · 11/11/2016 20:31

NSV is non scale victory

My legs weren't too bad, my arse and stomach were the main areas.

I make pizza with Aldi wholemeal crusty bread flour. I double up though as 60g is small. It's pretty amazing and almost like a proper pizza.

Sixpencenonethericher · 12/11/2016 09:57

Well done em that's brilliant you've done so well xx

iklboo · 12/11/2016 10:52

1.5lb loss this week. Happy with that. More of the same now till Xmas I hope. I should be starting back at work next week (slow phased return) so that'll help sticking to plan. I find it pretty easy to avoid the 'treats table' - most people bring in chocolate cake, chocolate cookies etc which I don't like anyway. Downfall may be if they bring in skinny blueberry muffins Grin

Frouby · 12/11/2016 13:28

Afternoon all

Well done losers. We will all be skinny minnies rocking around the Christmas tree!

Update about Bil. Please skip it if I am boring you all!
He is off all the life support and oxygen and now just on heart medication. And is physically doing really well. He does have some brain damage though. Not quite with it. Thinks he is somewhere else a lot of the time. He does recognise everyone and knows he has children etc. Having trouble retaining information and is wildly inappropriate in what he is saying. They aren't sure if he will get better and how.long it could take. Months and years rather than weeks though.

And then just to top it all off my other BIL has been diagnosed with early MS. And he has a clot on his brain which isn't a worry. But has too much fluid on there which is a concern.

I am not sure what we have done wrong but my poor family have been through the mill lately!

Today's plan.

B. Bacon and tomato on wm bread. Was bloody lovely.
L. Probably not bother.
T. Not sure yet. It's dps cook. Have sent him across to marks and Spencer while I stay in soft play he'll with ds. I couldn't face all the push and shove of a Saturday afternoon lol. He will get plenty of vegetables or salad but not 100% sure he understands the plan enough to stick to it. But it will be near enough.

Buttwing · 12/11/2016 18:29

Hmm having a bit of a wobbly day. I haven't gone over my syns but I'm on 12 which is much higher than I usually am by this time. I've been really craving sweet stuff. I really want a good week this week but I can feel my willpower weakening! I'm going to make myself some fruit and yogurt.

Buttwing · 12/11/2016 18:30

Frouby that's good news about your bil, I'm sorry about your other bil my god you've had some shit thrown at you recentlyFlowers

Sixpencenonethericher · 13/11/2016 10:50

Oh frouby xx
Well I put on a pound so I've got 3 weeks to get into my size 14 dress , I'm going to try sp for a week

susannahmoodie · 13/11/2016 12:48

I lost 6.5lb in my first week, despite the fact that it was my birthday and I cheated a bit!

Still find eating out tricky though.

mumandsum · 13/11/2016 17:11

Hi all.
I'm doing an asda shop today. Would you be able to give me your suggestions for good products please. X

ALemonyPea · 13/11/2016 17:58

Sorry I've been quiet this weekend, it's my birthday 🎂

You're really having a hard time family wise at the minute Frouby, I take mynhanoff to younsticking to a diet. I've been there myself, a year of everything happen, it really wears you down. Don't ever feel you're boring us or complaining, it's good to let your feelings out. Wish I had had MN at the time.

If you're ever looking for something tasty at M&S, the seafood casserole that was in the £10 meal deal is free, and extremely tasty.

Mum, things I like get from Asda are
Bisto frozen cauliflower cheese (1.5 syns for the whole thing)
Asda tinned stewed steak (free)
Bistro salad (has shredded beetroot in it for extra speed)
Border buttery sultana melts biscuits (2.5 syns each)

OwlinaTree · 13/11/2016 18:24

Hi all, hope all is well. Read your update frouby, Flowers. Happy birthday lemony.

I've been sticking to it ok this week, but was having real cravings for sweet stuff, cake or had a lovely idea of eating something like easter egg where you can sort of cram chocolate into your mouth GrinBlush.

Bought a dessert called rhubarb jumble from asda which was lush and 10 syns. It has helped the cravings better I think because it was a small amount of really yummy proper sweet stuff instead of a low cal version. Feeling OK today and not craving (as much anyway).

Today's menu
B mushroom, tomato and cheese omlette
L pulled pork and salad
T sausages and mash, lots of veg and gravy.

Might manage a freddo with my syns after the sausages are counted for.

calzone · 13/11/2016 18:30

Oh please help!

I just can't get back on plan........

Went to Prezzo last night and had calamari and pasta with mushrooms.

Tomorrow is a new day but weigh in is on Tuesday and I'm not sure I can pull it back.

And I had a huge gain last week......
