I didn't goBlush
If it hadn't been Christmas week I would have gone to see the damage and draw a line under it but I know it's not going to be great this weeks on no lines will be drawn!!!. I will go the Wednesday in between and I will also keep an eye on the numbers in the scales over Xmas.

PA that's a fantastic loss well done what a nice Xmas present!

I've just done my "big shop" and the kids finish this afternoon it's starting to feel a bit Christmassy. Shame the house looks like a crack den but no point cleaning yet as the kids will destroy it by Xmas eve!
I'm going for lunch with dp to a new French place that's just opened I'm guessing it's not going to by particularly slimming world friendly or my choices won't be

Welcome LookAgain, well done without your weight loss so far.

Well done PA on your loss. Glad, lie me, you've had a good loss just before Christmas.

I will no doubt put it all back on over Christmas but that is ok as I can lose it again.

Buttwing - I'd go if you can and then at least you know what the damage is - if at all!

I'm going tonight but the best I can hope for is a maintain - too much booze AND a chinese on Saturday - didn't even try to stay on plan for that. So, actually, what am I saying, I must've gained but hey ho might as well know the worst!

Well done lemony that's a fab loss especially at this time of year!
Welcome look always space for a new oneSmile

My weigh in is in the morning but I don't know what to do. I've got loads to do tomorrow as the kids break up so I can't stay to group. I'm tempted not to go, I know I've put about a pound on and I'm planning on having next week off so is there any point? What would you do? I don't really see the point

Hi, any room for a new poster on the thread? I have lost about a stone, hoping to loose another 9lb. All went well to start with but I have been up and down over the past few weeks- loosing one week and then gaining and I am now back to where I was in September.

I'm getting married in September and would really like to loose this remaining 9lb well before then so I can do some dress shopping. Also feeling motivated by feeling that my clothes fit better and knowing that I'm eating more healthily.

I find the constant meal planning, organisation and food shopping quite hard and struggle to fit it into what is for me a hectic everyday life......

I need to try to get back on track, avoid sneaky snacking and stick to the rules. It feels so very hard at this time of year though!

Good luck to everyone who is on their Slimming World journey.

Well done lemony! That's a great boost for Xmas! We have a new leader tonight apparently, we've had a selection of stands ins for the last few weeks.

Can't tell if I've lost or not this week, fx for tonight.

Thanks, will give them a try New Year's Eve as will be back on plan by then.

3lb off this week and slimmer of the week. Perfect little boost for Christmas (where I will probably put it all back on). Only 15.5lb to go to target and 1.5lb for 6lb loss.

dinspirationandrecipes.blogspot.co.uk/2013/07/slimming-world-vegetable-samosas_1648.html

I substituted amchoor powder (dried mango powder) for a few tablespoons of lemon juice instead to give the tang.
Going to make them again for weigh in Christmas party taster night on Thursday.

B Mushroom and tomato omelette, raisin wheats, coffee
L (in cafe) jacket with Tuna and Sweetcorn and salad, coffee (syns in mayo)

Also thank you em
I bought the M&S mini lemon meringues today. Yum!! I was restrained and only ate one. Also bought some mikado. Hoping that by having sensible sweet treats in for Christmas, that I won't stray too far from the path. I can hope, anyway..

Oooo crackling. Love the stuff.

I've had a horrible cough for the last two weeks, really doing my nut in now. Was hoping it would be gone by Christmas, but not looking good.

I can't stay to our party as I have to work so will have to go to the 9.30 meeting for a quick weigh in on my way to work.
Had a lovely roast dinner. SW roast potatoes, pork, carrots and sprouts.
And 7 syns for 25g of crackling. Worth every syn!
Those santa grapes are very cute!

I bought lidl mini mince pies...cos I have so little time this week that I'm struggling to fit in sleep, never mind making stuff.

They're only 3.5 Syns though.
