Feeling a bit weird about it all today - as if I'm going to stall weight loss wise or fall off the wagon - probably 'cos I'm hormonal. Also think perhaps I'm getting used to food optimising and because it doesn't feel 'different' so much I'm worrying that it's not working

B - HexB toast with Marmite, coffee
L - Mugshot, celery & carrot sticks, hummus
D - Cheese & broccoli pasta & sauce with added lean bacon, mushrooms peppers, broccoli & spring onions, sprinkle of cheddar
Sliced banana topped with peanut/caramel Mullerlight and pk of funsize Maltesers crushed over the top.
Snacks - quavers, 2 cadburys heroes, apple, blueberries
