Congrats on getting the school you wanted it's a huge relief! Spot on with the sp, if I want a yogurt when I'm doing an sp day I just use a synned one. Muller Greek style are half a syn.

In fairness that's because I started the year out of target, went back in, back out and I'm about 6lb over again.

Made a free chicken korma style curry today using butternut squash as the base. Haven't had it for years, it was lovely.

Going to the Cypriot supermarket tomorrow to see what I can find to spice up my meals.

Feeling a bit weird about it all today - as if I'm going to stall weight loss wise or fall off the wagon - probably 'cos I'm hormonal. Also think perhaps I'm getting used to food optimising and because it doesn't feel 'different' so much I'm worrying that it's not working Confused.

Did ok- ish today.

B - HexB toast with Marmite, coffee

L - Mugshot, celery & carrot sticks, hummus

D - Cheese & broccoli pasta & sauce with added lean bacon, mushrooms peppers, broccoli & spring onions, sprinkle of cheddar
Sliced banana topped with peanut/caramel Mullerlight and pk of funsize Maltesers crushed over the top.

Snacks - quavers, 2 cadburys heroes, apple, blueberries

I weigh on a Thursday morning and I am absolutely shitting myself today. For some reason last night I inhaled ate four hifi bars (which was OK cos it was an SP day) then a 4 finger kitkat and two bags of hula hoops. FFS, I wasn't even hungry, I was tired and should've gone to bed but didn't.

Having another SP day today, got some courgette spaghetti from the reduced bit at Waitrose so shall give that a go with some salmon. I should go and cook but I am snuggled on the sofa with a kitten and don't want to move.

Half a pound is still a loss Kitty, well done! Do you meal plan for a week ahead? We've just started doing that the last 3 weeks and it helps SO much!

I usually do Em. I'm only 11 lbs off target after losing over 3 stone so I think I just have to get stricter- starting weighing my healthy extras and getting more speed in. Have just got sloppy I think and really want to hit target in next 11 weeks.

Ha, just looked at my post from earlier and can tell I posted from my phone - auto-correct not recognising 'syns'!

I think I need to have a couple of days a week where I have something that seems 'naughty', but isn't. Everything I've had is sooo good and healthy, but I'm getting bored and feel like it's so hard to keep up. I need to find recipes that taste like they're like a treat.

I have treated myself to a glass of red wine this evening though, to reward myself for getting a pass in an assignment I really struggled with and left only half completed - never thought I'd be so happy to just get a pass! At least I don't need to do it again, can draw a line under it and carry on. I also got distinctions for two other assignments.

Anyway, foodwise today:

B - porridge, summer fruits, coffee (2 syns for sugar)
L - salad with salmon flakes (1 syn for mayo)
D - Moroccan chicken (maggi bag, 3 syns for my portion), rice, mangetout and baby sweetcorn
4.5 syns for glass of wine.

Just back from an overmight with work managd to avoid the booze (phew) and made as healthy as I could choices but loads of butter and oi 😬back on it today but feel like Ive eatem too much even though on plan!

B- bowl of fruit, 2 poached eggs, smoked salmon
L - salad and chicken
D - sw ovenbaked meatballs with cauliflower and butternut squash. Mullerlight

Heb B 2 rocky road hifis
Snack a lot of melon!!

Today's menu was an SP day
b- weetabix HEB milk HEA and strawberries
L , salard and cottage cheese ryvuta 1/2 HEB2
T, gammon, carrot and sweets, cabbage and broccoli.
Snacks, melon, Apple hi-fi bar 1/2 HEB2, tea and 3 mini Curlywurlys 10 1/2 Syns Hmm
It's that time of the month so I feel bloated and rubbish. I've gone to bed so I don't eat all the sweet bag Blush

I've got an SP day planned for tomorrow but need to meal plan after that. I've got a party to go to Sunday day so need to pack somethings I can snack on while we are out. Any ideas of what I can take please?

I feel like I have lost some weight already this week. But not going to check it as its that time of month so unlikely to show, and will upset me.

I really think it may be time to throw my home scales out.

My plan for today:

B: Porridge with skim/water and honey (2.5 Syns), tea with sugar (1 syn)
L: Fresh fruit salad, muller light
D: ?????????

Snacks: Hi-fi (3 Syns), carrot sticks, apple

Feeling a bit unsure about dinner as I'm speaking at an event after work so going straight from work to the event and home for 9.30pm ish. I'd grab a salad to eat but I hate salad with a passion.

Any ideas????

If I can find somewhere that sells a jacket potato I'll have one for lunch and fruit salad for dinner.

You haven't got much protein in your day's plan stumbly - what about an omelette tonight? I've suddenly started eating omelettes quite a bit, not too heavy if you are eating late at night and lovely with mushrooms/red peppers/onions if you have time to prepare them (fry in frylight). Or ham if you are not Vegetarian?

I have been very good food wise I think and have got into the habit of weighing myself almost every day so yesterday looked like I'd lost two pounds but today looks like I e gained 4 lbs!!!😢
It's my official weigh in tonight so am now dreading it and feel quite despondent

I've completely lost the SW vibe. Literally, over night I feel like I've stepped out of the 'zone'. Had a bad day yesterday (got a Chinese and ate way too much) and DS not sleeping has just made me into a zombie and I've brought a roll for lunch when I had weetabix for breakfast so doubled up my HEXB! Plus I can't even remember what is on the meal plan for tonight.

Totally took my eye off of the ball.

I know I can syn the roll so not the end of the world. The food is there for a SW meal at home, just need to sort it out once I get home. Need to sort it out, only 1 week till my weekend away and only half a pound to go!

So worried about a trip home to see the family this weekend - have a feeling I'll be shopping for my own food. Determined to get a pound off by Tues for my 1.5 stone and club 10 awards!

Today looks like this:

B - courgette and basil omelette with fat free fromage frais

L - picky bits from the fridge - salad, chicken chunks, pickles etc

HexA skinny latte this afternoon

D - gammon, egg, SW chips and veg (probably kale and courgette)

Alpen Lights for my HexB once again!
