Oriana Flowers hope you are feeling ok.
em hope you had a good birthday

I have had a dodge few weeks where I have gone over my Syns on a couple of days but I've been doing more exercise so hope the damage isn't too high. I maintained (star week) last week lost 2lbs the past two weeks but this week is star week again (who know what my body is doing feel like its rebelling against my weight loss) so really not sure what to expect at weigh in tonight.

Has any once experienced loose weight effecting their period cycle?

Katenka · 15/02/2016 07:03

Morning ladies

Weight in today. I feel really nervous no idea why. Go weighed on my scales looks like a loss.

Do the nerves of getting weighed go?

I don't remember being nervous when I did it before.

OrianaBanana · 15/02/2016 08:32

Ok back on it with no extra HExes now. Sad

Just keep swimming, just keep swimming...

calzone · 15/02/2016 10:00

What does that mean Oriana? Are you ok?

Kim82 · 15/02/2016 10:18

I hope you're okay Oriana. Flowers

I've not been to group this morning as I had an awful night with my 18 month old, she was awake from 1-5am with a raging temperature. We fell back to sleep at 5am and only woke up 10 minutes before group starts so I've had to give it a miss this week. I've weighed myself on my own scales though and it's either a 3.5lb or 4lb loss so I'll err on the side if caution and go with 3.5lb. Super chuffed with that, that's 18.5lb gone in total over 6 weeks!

ChessieFL · 15/02/2016 10:19

WI on Saturday morning, 1.5lb off so just 3lb to target now (as long as I don't let half-term ruin it!)

OrianaBanana · 15/02/2016 10:21

I'm ok calzone but I've lost the pregnancy. A tiny portion of coco pops is 5 syns, who knew? x

I'm so sorry Oriana.

AvaLeStrange · 15/02/2016 10:41

((Hugs)) Oriana Flowers

Kim that is incredible! If I'm honest that's the kind of results I'm hoping for, but not confident I'll manage it - any tips?

ChessieFL · 15/02/2016 11:09

So sorry Oriana

Kim82 · 15/02/2016 11:10

Ava the only tips I have are to make sure you have at least one third speed food every meal and eat it first so you fill up on that. The only meal I don't do that with is breakfast where I usually have weetabix and chopped banana, every other meal I make sure I do that though.

When you fancy a snack don't think "how many syns do I have left and what can I eat using them?" Go for free foods and try to snack on them instead. Often I'd much prefer chocolate or something but force myself to eat an apple and once I've eaten the craving has generally gone as I'm no longer hungry.

I save my syns for a packet of crisps at lunch and bar of chocolate in the evening each day so I don't feel too deprived. Hula hoop pufts are only 3.5 syns so I make sure I have them in, curly wurlys are 6 syns, Freddo's are 5 syns and thin dairy milk bars are 5.5 syns so that also allows me a few extra syns left over each day if I need them or if I happen to go over one day I still won't have gone over the total weekly syn allowance.

I try not to have a cheat day too as I know I would binge and eat loads and would then have to spend the next 2-3 days losing what I had put on from binging!

It's been really tough going some days but my desire to lose the weight is stronger than anything else, well it is for now anyway, I just hope I keep up with the willpower.

Katenka · 15/02/2016 12:06

So sorry Oriana Thanks

BasinHaircut · 15/02/2016 12:21

Sorry Oriana. Have a big bowl of coco pops and worry about SW in a few days.

BendydickCuminsnatch · 15/02/2016 12:24

Oh Oriana I am so sorry to read your update. Thanks for you, if it were me I would definitely have Cake but hats off to you for staying on plan.

Kim 18.5lb off in 6 weeks is amazing! I've been going since mid Nov and only lost 8lb :(

I average about 6 syns a day, ugh. Did exercise for the first time in about 5 months today (physio) yay!!! Did the good old shred, hoping this will boost my loss. Got my Fitbit back on but it's not syncing, got to sort that out.

cowboylover · 15/02/2016 12:31

Thanks Oriana

cowboylover · 15/02/2016 12:31

Thanks Oriana

Hay135 · 15/02/2016 12:41

Hi everyone. WI day today and I've lost another 2lbs which takes me over the half a stone loss. I'm really pleased 😛 especially as the t was half term last week for us so there were a few(well actually quite a lot) of slip up days!!!! I am out tonight but will try and choose as healthy option as poss. Wish me luck avoiding the chips!!!

L - leftover sausage casserole and potato, cauliflower and broccoli mash
