D curry pork skewers from this months mag, really tasty and spicy. I only had green thai curry paste, not red so used that, and only half the amount in the recipe. The pork was a bit too spicy for DCs, they had to down loads of water
. its served with noodles and a salad of green beans, carrot strips, tomatoes, chilli, and a lime and chilli dressing. I added broccoli and baby corn too. It was supposed to have a few nuts in but I didn't have any, so reduced syns to 1 per serving.
Valentines treat of a small piece choc cake I made for DH, putting it as 8 syns. Going away for few days tomorrow, will try my best to stay on plan .
