Weigh in today, another 4lb off, so that's 8lb in 2 weeks. I'm delighted.

FoofFighter · 21/01/2016 21:26

Today's munch -

B - heb toast, eggs, plum tomatoes
L - HM paprika, tomato and bean soup, SW pasta quiche, fruit salad
T - mince n tatties, carrots, broccoli, cauli, HEA cheese and fried onions in my mash, in oxo "gravy"
Made weetabix muffins for supper tonight 6 syns, with a 2 syn yogurt and loads of fruit
Options 2

10 syns

Haven't had much fruit for the last few days, have today and am bloated to hell, will need to watch that, although it should be star week this week (but I take pill constantly) and I do tend to have a shit loss or slight gain/m despite doing the same as every other week!

FoofFighter · 21/01/2016 21:26

Well done for all the weigh ins btw!

blondiep14 · 21/01/2016 21:32

Awsome losses happening - well done all

cowboylover · 21/01/2016 22:11

Lost 1/2lb which I honestly am feeling a little blah with but I have eaten out twice off plan this week so shouldn't be really. Sitting here in my size 16 pjs I have come a long way from the 24 I was in.

Writing my good plan for next week and want to focus on speed foods and getting bigger losses.

OrianaBanana · 21/01/2016 22:31

Not today butt, I succumbed to a wrap from Tesco for lunch (I was starving, always a bad plan) and it was horrible as well as 23 syns when I counted it up. So what with that and going out for curry tonight I'm completely off plan but I've planned for tomorrow and swear I will be on plan!!

B - nothing
L - nothing
D - large bowl of chicken salad, free, with grated cheese (HExA).

Syns - 2 malted milk biscuits - 2 syns each.
Milk in one cup of tea. Not sure how much that is...

A bad good day. Good things eaten, but not enough.. have extra salad for tomorrow to take to work to make sure I actually eat lunch!

BirdingWidow · 21/01/2016 23:31

Thanks for encouraging messages re. 'Other scales'.

Was having a good day until a leaving do this evening. 5x gin and slimlines and a piece of peanut better toast later... Oops. Still, I left my friends in kfc and didn't join them so it could have been worse!

wowser3 · 22/01/2016 00:12

Aw cowboylover, you have done well to get this far , and you have still lost! You will probably find that as you get smaller , the weight losses won't be as much, it's the way the body works I think .

cowboylover · 22/01/2016 00:42

Thanks wowser I know your right in a way but I am still heavier than most people when they start!

Looking at my progress chat and even on the current steady progress I can still get my 5 stone award in the school summer holidays.

This week I am exercising! I have always wanted to go for a run outside but never had the guts but this week that is changing so I am hitting the streets!

BasinHaircut · 22/01/2016 06:57

cowboy a loss is a loss! You are doing amazingly - 4 dress sizes down and still losing!

calzone I added some fried off strips of bacon medallion (deglazed the pan for the flavour) and added 2XHExA worth of Gouda cheese and DH preferred the sauce to the one I usually make with creme fraiche. So it was a winner! And made enough for both of our dinners and both of today's lunches.

Today's menu is:

B - weetabix or porridge
L - macaroni cheese (2 syns for cheese)
D - slow cooker pulled pork with syn free BBQ sauce, sweet potato wedges and syn free coleslaw
Sn - a pear and a banana

OrianaBanana · 22/01/2016 07:10

birdingwidow our group had amazing losses the week the visiting consultant came, awards were flying out the door! We all gained the next week when we went back to normal scales Hmm

Basin!! Yay!

Glad it was a success. The sauce is so versatile too.
