may leave my extra HExA and HExB unless I get peckish

I do the same. Most days I don't use them, but it's nice to know they're there for when I'm really hungry or fancy some cheese on my bolognese (I use my hexa for tea and coffee like you)

I've had an incident today.

I bought 2 (yes, 2) croissants for breakfast this morning. I forgot to bring my porridge and my resolve just disappeared whilst I was buying milk in the shop by my office.

But I've had a word with myself, ate my leftover pastitsio for lunch and had a pear and a banana for snacks.

Dinner will be syn free risotto. It was going to have a bit of wine and butter in it but I'll have to go without now!

I've had a really shit week food wise so fully expecting another gain tomorrow. Think not losing any weight in January despite sticking to the plan rigidly totally broke my resolve, and this month I've not been strict enough as 'what's the point?'. Really disappointed in myself. I am allowed to exercise as of next week after 8 months of physio so I'm going to strap my Fitbit back on which usually encourages me, and if I've worked out I always seem to eat better and don't want to have worked out for nothing.

But I really need a kick up the bum :( went through my wardrobe and have lots of nice unworn clothes as I've kept them for when I slim into them... WHEN! Not if. 'When' will he soon I hope!

I am still sticking to No Fuck It February - which is good because I came on while at Krispy Kreme donuts earlier and still only ate the one (glazed raspberry) that I'd planned to eat!

The friend that I met (I meet her once a month) said that she could tell I'd lost weight, which was lovely.

Today's food:

Breakfast: Bacon, eggs, beans, mushrooms, tomato. Coffee (HEA milk)
Lunch: Glazed raspberry donut (17 syns and worth every one)
Dinner: Tuna steak, carrots, cauliflower, sprouts.
Snacks: Satsumas, apple, hifi bars (HEB)

Well...today's not been an amazing food day. Post weigh-in lunch was bang on plan and all free...but then had the press launch of a new gelato bar (with lots of tasting), and just had a Chinese takeaway - chicken in black bean sauce and boiled rice, which isn't too bad - but also some crispy seaweed and two prawn toasts.

Tasted good...but felt really oily and now sitting heavily on my stomach, SO not worth it! 6 days to pull it back this week and it's GOING to happen...

Magic pancakes with mango and raspberries with almond flavoured quark

It's a recipe sweeping the internet as a carb free bread, syn free. I used quark, not full fat cheese. Tis a work in progress but I liked it.

I like the look of that cloud bread. Zoats are the big thing in my group at the moment. Basically oats with grated courgette (zucchini - z-oats geddit) made into muffins, pancakes or pizza bases. I tried some muffins yesterday - nice!

Today is:
B - overnight oats HeB
S - apple, clementine
L - leftovers: quorn steak Diane, broccoli and a baked potato.
S - apple
D - veggie curry and boiled rice (not cooked by me - estimating 6 Syns for oil)
S - 3 x babybel light HeA, hifi bar 3

Well after a shit week I lost 2lb Confused there is just no rhyme or reason. Today will not be on-plan as having belated pancake day but going to seriously trawl the recipes section of the site once the baby is in bed and do some hardcore meal planning.

Going tonight to face up to the music then get back in it. I've asked the consultant not to talk to me much as I don't want to lie about why I've not been on it.

Today:

B - yoghurt w sweetener, hifi lights (HExB), apple, decaf coffee with HExA milk
L - leftover free chicken curry w. Spinach and rice
D - not much (group)
S - one of the hifi lights, satsuma, baby corn

Next week I will focus on protein and speed. I can't now do SP apparently, but I should be able to get more protein and speed if I concentrate!

Today I feel horrible and bloated after gelato and a Chinese takeaway. It's definitely enough to make me think twice about doing it again...

Back to basics for the rest of the week, starting with today - something like this...

B - smoked salmon, scrambled egg, asparagus, HexB roll and satsumas

L - soup - planning on whizzing up a batch of carrot and coriander

D - stir fry

Skinny latte as my HexA, and one of my 5syn treat bags this evening...

Weigh in no.4 tonight. Felt very negative at the start of the week, just felt like I was sabotaging my weight loss. But feeling a bit more positive in the latter part of the week.
I'm out this weekend coming so will have to be well on plan the rest of the week

Well I did not get back on plan last night. I had a terrible journey home from work, DS played up terribly at bedtime, DH was out, and we are in the middle of having some work done and the house is chaos, the air has that 'wet plaster' feel that I hate, and I just couldn't be bothered cook. So I ordered a Chinese. Regretted it immediately.

But it's out of my system now and I have made a lovely salad for lunch and will do the syn free risotto for dinner tonight. I always feel so much more determined after a slip or a treat.

Hate that I didn't stick to NFIFeb though Blush

I'm going to gain this week, I just know it. I've not been hungry and when I have eaten, it's been mostly free, but no speed food, and I've been having all my syns.

For instance yesterday:

B: A mugshot.
L: Two packets of monster munch (11 syns)
D: A banana and a handful of cooked macaroni.

HEALTHY!

Hmmm, yesterday was a bit FIF. Started so well with yogurt and berries for breakfast, lunch was smoked salmon salad with a couple (or4) slices of french stick and butter and culminated in a fantastic off plan addition to my dinner of 3, yes 3 swedish waffles with nutella, raspberries and thick cream. Holding hand out for a beating from Calzone's stick.
Foof, I was on syns allowed but found them to be a bit like a dictatorship and far too grumpy, so I left.

Can i join the thread? I've lost 1 1/2 stone on my own but need some support to lose the last one please!
I've followed slimming world before and know it inside and out but can't seem to focus my mind!!
Today I've had egg whites and a banana for breakfast, 2 low fat quorn sausages for a mid morning snack and there is a jacket in the oven for lunch. I'm having it with a pile of plain prawns and lots of salad.
I'm looking forward to reading through the thread for motivation and inspiration, and if course getting to know you all!

So yesterday I ate!;
B- Banana
S- Apple
L- One slice of whole meal bread (HE) with 2 eggs coocked with frylight.
S- Apple
D- Jacket potato wth homemade chilli
S- 2x oranges

Syns - 1tbs of ketchup (1.0)
- 100g 10% fat mince (2.0)

Drinks - 4 litres of water | 1 bottle of Diet Coke.

Feel amazing for it although today I am suffering with severe allergy reactions to the dog :( I have had my HE of 1 slice whole meal bread for breakfast but I had Burger King for my lunch as OH brought it back for me cause I am in a really bad way! Will have a bath and a sleep and will cook a nice syn free all free food dinner! I really hope this doesn't effect my weigh in on Monday!
