Mmm had the falafel last week, going to take for tasters this week as nice cold.

D veg rich Bolognese, butternutsquetti
HeB2 cashews eaten with 20g dark chocolate (5), lush!!!

I served with that cheapo golden savoury rice and salad.

Really really nice and the recipe made enough for 3 people for dinner and 2 people as part of a salad for lunch.

Might make it again next week and make some tzatziki to go with as that will be free.

Food this week.....

Tue....Spicy chicken rice (cauliflower rice for me)
Wed.....weigh in day....am taking dips and crudités but might take a jacket potato with cheese and beans too.
Thu.....boys having pizza.....I'm having SW burgers and chips with salad.
Fri....mushroom risotto

I've got tonsillitis and conjunctivitis so I feel crappy and gross Sad nearly had a fuckit moment when I found sucking chocolate didn't hurt my throat but decided to use the lack of appetite to my advantage instead.
B - 2 x hifi bars HeB, yogurt
L - cheese and broccoli pasta n sauce made with milk HeA

S - 4 hotel chocolat patisserie chocolates 14 Syns
D - Linda M sausages, SW chips, broccoli and sprouts, HP sauce 1 Syn, yogurt

DP and I are doing dry February. I don't do January as my birthday is in the middle. He's wavering already as his manager has arranged a social get together at a pub with lovely beers. It was his bloody idea! Could help with weight loss though...?

Morning. Just had a nice big brekkie of cheese , beans , egg and tomatoes on toast. I'm starving this week !
I've bought a load
Of those frozen slimming world ready meals from Iceland , thought they'd be ok to take to work. Has anyone had them? I'm a bit concerned about how they will affect my losses as they are not freshly prepared like the food
I have been eating mostly .

They're a sort of crisp snack mutley, made by Walkers. The flavours are very nice but you don't get many for 4 syns. Still, they're nice for a treat.

Well I've just found out I didn't get the job I interviewed for on Friday. Ho hum. Have two other applications out there so hopefully one of them will go my way.

Hope everyone is OK on this rather blustery day, and still on-track with No Fuck It February?

Today's food - it's looking like an SP day, I think:

Brunch: Bacon, scrambled eggs, beans, mushrooms, tomato.

Snack: Satsumas, apple, strawberries, hifi bars (HEB1)
Dinner: Sea bream (bass? I really should remember which one it is. Anyway, pan-fried fish), carrots, cauliflower, sprouts.

Snack: Hifi bars (HEB2)
Milk (HEA) throughout day in coffee and tea.

Today has been v stressful but so far keeping off the biscuits! Grin

B - two hifi lights (HExB), coffee (HExA milk thoughout the day), apple
L - lentil and veg soup ('fakes'), olive oil (2) and vinegar, satsuma, kiwi
D - pastitso with leeks and salad (had to try it after this thread!!), muller bliss corner (4.5)
S - satsuma, possibly some pops (4)

Quite a Greek day! Sort of.Hmm

Hi all I'm back after a very heavy Saturday night and a three day hangover which has meant I've eaten every bad food known to womankind!!!

But onwards and upwards!!! I'm up for no fuck up February I've GOT to get down into the next stone by the end of the month.

B-banana and coffee

L-sausage (1.5s) bacon egg and beans nectarine and yogurt

D-roast chicken with chips and salad.

Had a wee blip - was in a lot of discomfort with aches and pains, taking a lot of tablets that were upsettin my tummy that only white bread would ease.
Put on 0.5lb for no apparent reason at WI on Sat too which didn't help!

feeling a little better today and on plan 100% so far today.

B: hexb oats sprinkled on two chopped pears, banana muller light
L: huge salad with raw mushrooms, grated carrot, chopped chicken, 2 syns of micro rice
T: smoked gammon steak chopped and stirfried with shredded sprouts, lots of black pepper, HEXA grated cheese and poached egg on top

Trying to not think about the pizzas in the outdoor freezer... just as well it's like a monsoon out there today or Id be out getting one.

RIGHT! After no breakfast (I blame 9.30 weigh ins and staying to group...) today's looking like this:

B - nothing

L - homemade syn-free smoked salmon pate with carrot and celery sticks and small wholemeal roll (HexB)

Skinny latte while out (HexA)

D - leftover chicken chilli with jacket potatoes and veg

I have a Fudge bar to keep me going Syns-wise!

I've just made these jars - see photo. Each marble represents 1lb. When they all end up in the right hand jar, I'm at my target weight...
