I've been lurking all month and want to say hello.
I tried SW years ago and lost a total of 4 lbs, red and green didn't work for me.
Did WW 5 years ago and lost 20lb, got down to 9st 6 but then couldn't make classes due to pain in the arse DH swapping his squash night.
Anyway finally got round to joining at start of Jan, 11st 4, nearly half a stone more than when I started WW! So I'm aiming for 9st 12 this time, I think more maintainable...
I've had a loss a gain and then another loss, couldn't really explain why, gained when I thought I'd been old and loss when bad, but think sometimes you have to look at the overall pic? So enough rambling I'm in Basin.
PS have lost 3.5 lbs, I'm thinking 1lb a week average is the way to go...
