Im in basin, I have made a net gain of .5lb over 5 weeks. Bloody Grrrr, up and down like a flippin yoyo.

B: Beans, turkey bacon, eggs, mushrooms, tomato
l: Bread, FF sausage (3) and ketchup (2)
d: Steak, new potatoes, salad, mayo (1). FF yoghurt with honey (1). Sliver of apple pie (eek - maybe 3?)
Sn: Muller, persimmon, orange, One quality street (2.5)

So not brilliant, but I resisted chocolate birthday cake and wine, so a win overall.

Strictly on track for the rest of the week.

Random question, has anyone tried Oppo ice cream? Only 4 Syns per 100ml...but want to know if it's any good before I buy some!

I've been lurking all month and want to say hello.

I tried SW years ago and lost a total of 4 lbs, red and green didn't work for me.

Did WW 5 years ago and lost 20lb, got down to 9st 6 but then couldn't make classes due to pain in the arse DH swapping his squash night.

Anyway finally got round to joining at start of Jan, 11st 4, nearly half a stone more than when I started WW! So I'm aiming for 9st 12 this time, I think more maintainable...

I've had a loss a gain and then another loss, couldn't really explain why, gained when I thought I'd been old and loss when bad, but think sometimes you have to look at the overall pic? So enough rambling I'm in Basin.

PS have lost 3.5 lbs, I'm thinking 1lb a week average is the way to go...

Hi Hacked, I'm your weight loss twin! Started at 11 stone 4, was 10 st.5.5 at last weigh in and want to get to about 9 st 7.
Lovely meal out with dh last night, loads of places were fully booked (Jan pay day/end dry Jan?!!) so didn't get into the steak place we had planned, but had French onion soup, tuna steak nicoise salad and a pud, wine and a cocktail. Thoughly enjoyed it, flexible syns , hard to work out but thinking about 60! Unsurprisingly not hungry this morning, planning salmon salad for lunch, back on plan .
Hope to get my 1 stone award this week ...

Boiled rice
Chicken tikka masala (12 Syns)
Half peshwari nan (10syns)

It's out of my system now and I was post night shift so had cravings for bad food
Back on it today

Hi maygirl

I'm hoping to get under 11st this week, only 1lb loss needed but with the way it's gone the last 3 weeks I really don't know which way it'll go. How long have you been doing it? If it's 3 weeks I'm Shock and Envy

Just done my shopping list.

Today
Weetabix and milk with 0.5 tsp sugar (0.5)
Spag Bol
Roast chicken with gravy powder probably 4 syns, but will try to keep rest syn free, going to have jacket pot and loads of veg.

We get encouraging texts from the consultant which make me laugh but do help.

Today:

B - none...oops

L - picky bits: HexB wrap, cottage cheese, boiled egg, celery, radishes, lettuce, beetroot, gherkins, chicken slices

D - roast. Found some lamb slices in mint gravy in Iceland that are supposed syn-free! Having them with roasties, peas, spinach and baby corn.

Syns will be chocolate later!

Also, for anyone who's interested, frylight is on offer in Asda - £1.50 each. Olive, sunflower, coconut and buttery all on offer when I was in earlier...

[Grin] No Hacked , started last August Blush, but I feel like I've only just started losing properly recently. I switched groups in December, its a much better fit and have been losing more consistently since then.

wowser I'm sitting here in the car with a mocha (Starbucks vending machine, eugh) and a octet of Maryland cookies 👍🏻 been a shit week SW wise because it has been a shit week otherwise too. They are delish though!

Really disheartened after not losing anything yesterday so have eaten 4 chocolate brownies this weekend at 20 syns each. Now feel crap for doing that which is making me want to eat more. Hope I can pull it back for the rest of the week.

b: wholemeal thin, laughing cow triangle (1) ham, egg, salad
l: salad, potato salad (1 for lightest mayo) and tinned fish. leftover thai chicken (2); Muller (1/2 )
D: CHicken teriyake and rice (6). Muller.

Made a big mistake with the teriyake sauce as I thought it was a freebie, but actually, its loaded. Only kikkoman is free.

Sn: 2x apples

Pasta carbonara with turkey bacon, mushrooms, peas and tomatoes, heA cheese, egg, fromage frais and quark for the sauce, made by DH, weighed the cheese for me bless him!
