Thanks wowser have been sticking to it honestly! Just hoping body will click and get burning all fat. More difficult because am not mobile at all so can't exercise or move at all so only thing can do is food.

If can keep this week off and Even Lose half pound this week be happy.

hello lovely SW ladies. Ive been away for a while and just been catching up on the thread. so many newbies which is great.

So I managed to stay on track with 2 weeks in US over Christmas and have lost another 9.5llbs since 16th December. 8.5llbs to target now and a total loss to date of 3 stone 9.5llbs since 2nd September 2015.

BRILLIANT> BUT its really hard now. losses have slowed to 1 per week and IM snacking like there is no tomorrow.

Anyone else close to target and struggling ?

B: heb all bran mixed with muesli - half of each allowance, can't see anything to say I couldn't so I did! shape yogurt, plum and pear
L: sauteed potatoes, chicken, spinach in chilli spices and a poached egg on top mmmm
T: grill up - bacon, WW sausages, scrambled egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach

I started slimming world two weeks ago. In my first week I had my birthday and a lunch out with friends. This obviously involved birthday cake, steaks, chips, wine and popcorn... I lost 0.5lb. Better than putting on. Also in this week I hit the gym 3 times which is new in my life.
Second weigh in tonight, I'm hoping for a reasonable loss. I have been good all week, always under my syn allowance, but I'm not amazing with speed foods. Must improve.

I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything unless I go out for a meal or go to the supermarket where I crave mini eggs!!

I'm doing the gym 3 times a week, 40 mins cardio and 30-40mins resistance training

Also forgot to say, I have 6stone to lose. No one believes me when I say this. I am at my heaviest and it's affecting my health big time. I have fatty liver, had diabetes in pregnancy and recently had my gall bladder removed. I want more children, but no way until weight is off

got my first SW session tonight. Tried it years ago when it was red and green but failed miserably. The new system looks much easier and allows food it didn't before :)

Got several stone to lose...

I went to slimming world last Saturday and started Monday eating to plan. I've had three days of doing ok, I think?! I've got a lot of weight to lose but this time I feel motivated.

B - porridge and 1 tsp sugar (1syn)

L - chicken, cous cous, lettuce, carrot and cucumber

Dinner - pastitsio and lettuce (5 syns for cheese)

Snacks - packet of squares (6syns), pear, banana

Gutted as have stuck to plan but it is my time of the month so could be bloating.

Am having what I want tonight and eating more simply this week with speed food.

1/2 off.... Chuffed with that as last weigh in was sat morning. Today:
B banana, Apple, oats, soya milk 1/2 syn for milk in tea
S small skinny cappuccino hex A
L tuna pasta salad, 1/2 syn for Mayo, Apple
S 3 haribo, 1 nice biscuit, small amount of chilli 6 syns
D spicy bean burger SW chips and salad

Today:

B - 2 satsumas, herbal tea

L - picky bits: chicken slices, wholemeal roll (HexB), reduced fat mozzarella (HexA), celery, radishes, tomatoes, beetroot, carrot, pickled onions. Plus a Muller Light (peanut and caramel, not a fan...)

D - salmon, rice and a salad (while smelling the bf's garlic bread from across the table, grrrrr)

Syns - SW "Haribo" (1) - it's actually amazing! May have something else small before bed, but trying to keep Syns low after a restaurant review last night...

l: SW singapore noodles. 1 slice white toast with butter (6.5). Muller light and banana.
d: SW sausages, mash, gravy (1) peas an green beans. Muller

sn: Freddo (5). fruit galore.

I found the SW ready meal at lunch time just did not fill me up and was pretty gross.

so full syn day today.

So, weigh in tomorrow and I'm bricking it. Not sure why, as I've been on plan all week. I think it may be displacement, as I've got a hospital appointment afterwards.

Today's food:

Brunch: Bacon, scrambled eggs, beans, mushrooms, cappuccino.
Snack: Satsumas, apple, cheese (HEA), plums. (I think I am going to turn into a satsuma soon)
Dinner: HM cottage pie, carrots, cauliflower. Yoghurt, satsumas.
Snack: Hifi bars (HEB)

Sorry calzone that sucks but with lots of speed food I'm sure it will show next week - sometimes I think what you eat one week show up in the weigh in the week after.

I put on 0.5 which I'll gladly take and I'll kick this week's butt to try to get my remaining Xmas 2.5lbs off.

Hi all. I've become so bored with fruit and yogurt for breakfast (before sw I'd have lots of buttery toast) and was really missing something savoury that isn't eggs! So today I had 2 pieces of waitrose sushi (approx 2.5 syns) and it was bloody lovely. Exactly what I needed and very filling. Sushi for brekkie isn't going to be everyone's cup of tea, but I loved it :)

Lunch will be salad and dinner Quorn chilli with fruit snacks.

Today for me will be..

B - 2 satsumas, Muller Light, herbal tea

L - leftover rice from last night with salad and chicken

D - Pizzas! Wrap base for HexB, cheese for HexA, and whatever we have in the fridge as toppings. SW chips and salad with it.

Managed to finish yesterday on 2.5 Syns, and I've been doing lots of jogging on the spot when I can (watching tv, reading, replying to emails on my phone) - I'm 14 stone 1 at the moment (8lb off in my first 3 weeks) and determined to get to 13 stone something at next weigh in!
