Well done on the losses!
I've been really good till last night when my back went so had a not so good dinner and ice cream Blush Angry

Fairygen · 15/07/2013 08:21

www.lindamccartneyfoods.co.uk/ourfood/burger the burgers are free and the sausages are 2 syns.

Fairygen · 15/07/2013 08:28

I made Turkish delight ice cream at the weekend. It was ok, just 2 pots of muller light Turkish delight yog and a pot of ff fromage frais. I couldn't get fat free fromage frais so used 0% Greek yog instead.

Tbh it was a bit of a pain, had to be whisked every 30 mins to stop ice crystals forming ( they still did!) I think it would have been nicer as a mousse, rather than freezing it.

thanks fairygen

Hi all haven't been on the site for nearly 2 weeks. Managed to lose 1/2 lb the week after my hols and have gone completely off plan since!! Missed wi last week as couldnt bear to find out my weight! Back on plan today and trying hard!!

But I need you all to keep me motivated because.......I am pregnant!!! Grin Only 6 weeks but really pleased and excited. Really want to stick with sw and try and avoid gaining weight excessively. If I could lose another few pounds I would be out if the obese bmi range. Obviously want to be sensible and healthy but dont think it would do me any harm to lose a few pounds in the first trimester?

I havent had a chance to catch up on the thread properly yet but will settle down for a good read Smile

MrsHelsBels74 · 15/07/2013 20:51

Awwww congrats once xx

Fairygen · 15/07/2013 20:53

Congratulations once x

schooldidi · 15/07/2013 21:45

Congratulations once. You are allowed to carry on doing SW all the way through your pregnancy if you want to. When i was pg with dd2 I had just lost 2st with SW and carried on going to group until I was 24 weeks. By that stage I was only 3lbs more than when i found out. Unfortunately, I then stopped doing it and the weight piled on again Blush. If I was lucky enough to get pg again I would stick with SW as long as possible. You are supposed to tell your leader though, but I think you can wait til you're ready to share the news after your first scan.

Blondeshavemorefun · 15/07/2013 21:49

wow-fab news once - many congrats :)

Congratulations Once Flowers

onceipopicantstop · 16/07/2013 07:47

Had a good day yesterday so hoping I can keep it up! Thanks for the flowers isaac! Dont think I'll be telling my leader for a while as it's still early days. Actually have no idea how much I gained in my last pregnancy - but the main problem was afterwards when I seemed to think it was ok to binge on chocolate when breastfeeding Blush. Am still 2.5-3 stone over my pre-pregnancy weight so would be nice not to add too much to this!!
I'm actually thinking of changing group as not finding my current leader very inspiring or motivating. Another leader covered during his holiday a few weeks ago and she was soooo much better so might find her normal group!
Have a good day all Smile

TheYoniExpress · 16/07/2013 07:58

Morning everyone! 1lb loss this morning at WI hitting 1/2 st loss - over 6 weeks.

I am happy enough with the progress although DD2's christening this weekend so wouldn't have minded a more hefty weight loss by now but wondered if the speed is down to the fact that I am doing EE

has anyone doing EE experienced regular 3-4 lb weekly losses, or does this only come with red/green days? Are red days better than green days to shift it?

Congratulations once! DD2 is 7 mo and I am so broody insane so will have to live vicariously through you Smile

Huffpot · 16/07/2013 08:16

Huge congrats once Thanks Thanks Thanks

Fairygen · 16/07/2013 08:57

yoni. I think everyone is different. I know someone who has lost nearly 6 stone in about 6 months on EE. I personally don't like EE, I really struggle to lose weight when I eat loads of carbs. I also need the structure of weighing my pasta etc, or greed takes over.

Littlemousewithcloggson · 16/07/2013 10:15

Congratulations once!!! Yoni I am still losing around 3lbs a week (apart from one blip following a huge pig out week). I do 3-4 extra easy days and at least 3 red days every week. I swear this helps it go a bit faster.

Littlemousewithcloggson · 16/07/2013 10:18

Also, one lady at group who was disillusioned with only losing 1/2 - 1lb every week was advised to try a week of just red and lost 6lbs the following week, so it might be worth a try.

MrsHelsBels74 · 16/07/2013 19:36

Please convince me to go for my WI this week & face the music. Had a bad weekend (but it was my birthday) but had a really crappy day today & ate 4 of the homemade chocolate cookies I made with DS1 over the weekend.

Am tempted to miss this week's meeting & get back on track for next week.

TheYoniExpress · 16/07/2013 20:17

Do it Hels! Even if bad news, it will give you a benchmark for the super duper loss you'll get next week after being back on track Smile

(Did that work?) Grin

minibmw2010 · 16/07/2013 20:28

Terrible week here, I haven't even weighed in like I should have on Monday. May bite the bullet and do it tomorrow, the heat has made me so lethargic and I just keep drinking bottles of cider and eating Hmm

muminthecity · 16/07/2013 23:01

Congrats Once Thanks and well done losers.

I had my WI tonight and lost 2lbs, got my 3 stone award so I'm over the moon! Gonna try to stick to it 100% this week and hope for another good loss next week.

goodbyeyellowbrickroad · 17/07/2013 02:55

Congratulations once!

Just weighed myself and I've lost 2lbs. Have had a couple of carb tastic days so need to up the superfree foods for the rest of the week.

Finding it hard to motivate myself to exercise. Can only do it in the evenings and by the time DS is in bed all I want to do is eat dinner and loaf on the sofa.

Fairygen · 17/07/2013 06:54

Well done mum, you must feel amazing!

Huffpot · 17/07/2013 09:19

mum Well done! Thanks
The heat makes it so hard as have no energy to do anything and even a short walk leaves me glowing red Confused

Am signing up for the Shine half marathon at the end of September - 4 hours of walking and already feeling sore thinking of it - need to start training for it!

WI tonight but not feeling hopeful

obrigada · 17/07/2013 10:38

Didn't get to join last night (still a member online) as my energy levels were non-existant. Have instead printed out student/budget week from online page and going to work on that for this week. Congrats on all the weight losses:)

muminthecity · 17/07/2013 13:24

Thanks Fairy and Huff, I do feel great! I've just been shopping and bought myself a pair of size 18 jeans which fit perfectly. 3 months ago I was a size 24!
