Well done losers! I've been good so far this week and spent lots of time in the gym. I'm desperate to get my 3 stone award on Tuesday. Have a big night out planned tomorrow though which will involve rather a lot of alcohol, just hope I don't undo all my good work!

obrigada · 12/07/2013 14:56

Happy Birthday for tomorrow MrsHels:)

Happy birthday for tomorrow mrshells.

Dp just made the meatball kofta curry from the curry book, I think it's online too. It's yummy, and syn free! I think it's going to become a favorite in our house.

muminthecity · 12/07/2013 21:20

B - 2 bananas
L - Watermelon and Feta salad (From SW magazine)
D - Tomato tart (3) and Moroccan couscous salad (Both from SW magazine)
S - 2 quality street chocolates (4), satsumas and watermelon

Plus an hour at the gym. Not bad for a Friday!

Happy Birthday for tomorrow MrsHells. Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Huffpot - The couscous salad was lovely and really filling, I will definitely make it again.

The watermelon salad wasn't all that filling TBH, but was really nice and refreshing, perfect for a light lunch on a boiling hot day!

schooldidi · 13/07/2013 12:53

Happy birthday mrshells.

3.5 off today Grin And I was slimmer if the week so I've now got a huge bag of fruit to eat my way through and one of the love Sumner books. Oh, and I got my half stone award. Grin I'm off shopping now with dd1. The walk into town should do me good too.

holidaysarenice · 13/07/2013 13:48

Hey all,

I'm moving down to the north west for about a month can I just attend a different group or is that not possible?

schooldidi · 13/07/2013 14:53

Yes, you're allowed to attend any group, even if you're just on holiday. Where in the North West are you going to be staying?

BethAndHerBrood · 13/07/2013 17:32

I have two words for you - chinese buffet Blush

I blame ds1 for having a birthday!

We're having sandwiches for tea. And crisps. So i'm writing off today and starting again tomorrow!

MrsHelsBels74 · 13/07/2013 19:44

Thanks for all the birthday wishes. Had a great day & not considering the syns!

TheDetective · 13/07/2013 21:46

I just thought I would share with you my find today.

Was in town. Got sick of either taking stuff with me, or eating strange combos of stuff to try and have free foods! Today I went to Subway, and found they did salads. Most are free without sauce, and the sauce syns are on SW website. I had a plain chicken salad, without dressing, but with salt and pepper. Was just like eating the sandwich to be honest! Obviously without the yummy bread, but still, it cheered me up!

YoureAllABunchOfBastards · 14/07/2013 08:52

Dinner at a friend's house last night. I drove, and I still reckon I had about 50 Syns without alcohol. Oh dear.

ladyarwenevenstar · 14/07/2013 17:13

FairyGen could you link to the LM sausages please?

iklboo · 14/07/2013 17:59

Re Subway - I'm wondering if the wheat kids' 4inch roll would be HEB equivalent?

kateconlan13 · 14/07/2013 20:07

Hi Guys,

I,m so pleased this week, i lost 5.5 lbs in my first week and hubby lost 6 lbs.

obrigada · 14/07/2013 20:54

Fantastic weight losses 'kate'😀 did you do extra easy plan?

muminthecity · 14/07/2013 22:28

Bad, bad weekend. Barbecue yesterday, did really well food wise, just had a chicken breast with salad, but drank loads and loads of pimms and rum Blush.

Went to another barbecue today and was a bit better but still managed to have 26 syns. Oh dear. Gonna go to the gym and for a swim tomorrow, and probably Tuesday as well, see if that undoes some of the damage before WI!

holidaysarenice · 15/07/2013 01:38

schooldidi I'm going to be in liverpool and then manchester for a few weeks.

Dreading the next WI - been at soo many bbbq's and desserts.

IsaacCox · 15/07/2013 06:26

Well done on all the great losses :)

I've been baaaad this weekend. Well good until dinner time when on Saturday we went out to a pub and had bread and dips, burger and chips and the nicest fudge cake ever! Plus 2 large glasses of wine. Then last night we went out again and had garlic dough sticks, pizza and cheesecake Blush I payed for it last night though, as it gave me really bad stomach ache, thought I'd throw up and tmi I spent a lot of time on the loo Blush

Back on it today to hopefully have a loss on Thursday.

Have a great day all :)

Fairygen · 15/07/2013 08:14

Morning all, well I did it again, 65 syns on Saturday night!! As much as I love this weather, I just can't resist BBQ food. I know there are loads of free things I can have but those bloody burgers get me every time! I was really good and had trout and salad last night.

So another 3 days of no syns to compensate. You'd think I'd have learnt my lesson last week. On a good note, I savoured and enjoyed every mouthful.
