Stayed the same. Which considering the weekend I had is amazing. However I am annoyed with myself for self sabotaging, so aside from a planned slice of garlic bread with tea tonight that's it for the whole week. No more silly buggers.

Hello everyone. I joined SW in January and have lost 3 stone 8 1/2lbs so far. Had a half pound gain this week, only my second so far.

I can't be doing with ryvita though, it depresses me.
I wonder if I already have fantastic calcium levels due to my previous diet of macdonalds and blocks of cheese. Maybe I can get away with it for a bit Grin

Hello everyone, welcome to all newbies Smile.

I had my weigh in tonight and lost 5lbs! No idea how I managed that, I have been really good since Thursday, but not done anything different to most weeks. I've now lost 2st12lbs in 12 weeks. Am hoping for my 3 stone award next week.

In answer to the water question, I drink at least 3 litres a day, usually more and lose an average of 3.5lbs a week.

I MUST start drinking more but I'm kind of scared due to the prolapse as we walk everywhere and theres not many toilets around... does not want to wet myself Hmm

Hello Smile Can I tentatively join in?

My SiL has just posted a pic of her three stone award on facebook and it's inspired me to get back on the SW wagon. I really struggle with any sort of eating plan because as soon as I'm told I'm not allowed it, I neeeed to have it. Like chips and crisps. Never really eat them, until I decide to diet, then they become the most attractive food ever Hmm

But, I have to do something, as I need an operation and my BMI is too high. Minimum loss is 17lbs, but ideally need to lose just over 3 stone. That seems like such a daunting task Sad

I have got my SW books in the house somewhere, but can't find the buggers. I was going to try and do it myself, as I find going to classes really difficult as I work evenings and am not great in a room full of strangers.

Fell by the wayside over the weekend, so no loss for me this week, really need to learn to meal plan, am great Monday to Thursday afternoon, but then laziness kicks in and I get a takeaway which starts me on a downward spiral again, need to take my finger off the self-destruct button

Well I lost 1lb this week. Lowest yet but after 3 days of major pigging I'm lucky it's not a plus one! One positive thing I found out this week though is that I miscounted the weeks I have been on the diet and THIS was the eighth week, not last time. Still 2 stone (+1!) in 8 weeks then so I can't complain. Back on it properly this week . Just eaten cardboard scan bran for breakfast with laughing cow light cheese and ham.

I haven't had a great start to the day. Been sent home from work as I'm not very well, have cold sweats and shakes, and got a weird rash on my hands. Got a GP appt at 12. Anyway, none of this has affected my appetite, unfortunately! I've already had 9 syns and it's not even lunch time!

B - Banana
Mid-morning - Bacon sandwich with salad and mayonnaise and a packet of skips (9 in total!)

Beth, have checked SW online for you, on extra easy and original they are 3.5 syns, on Green they are 7.5 syns, hope this helps:)

Morning all
A good start to the morning, with bacon (fat cut off), scrambled eggs and mushroom and tomato for breakfast.
Activia peach o% yogurt for elevenses.
lunch will be baked potato and beans with salad.

Last night's dinner was gorgeous - diet coke pork with mushroom and onion.
There were absolutely no leftovers :(

I'm out tonight, but will be sticking strictly to vodka and diet coke, so shouldn't be too bad.

Might have one of those for my tea then. With a massive salad and some wholemeal baguette warm from the oven.

Just back from the GP, apparently I have hand foot and mouth disease! Have to take the rest of the week off work as it's contagious which will just make me want to eat more out of sheer boredom!

I could get 2.5lb this week!! Eeeek. 2 and 1/4 off on my scales this afternoon, and WI not til tomorrow.

Will be my best loss other than first 2 weeks.

What have I done differently? Not fannied about over superfree.

I've just eaten what I wanted from free foods.

Go figure.

Yay!! Another 2lbs off this week, I know it's only week 2 and I've only lost 5.5lbs but I am chuffed!! And whats more, I thought to myself 'I deserve a treat' and was going to have a small pizza for my lunch. Quickly checked it on the syns calculator and the beggar would have been 28.5 syns!!! WTF!!! So I stuffed it in the freezer and had chicken and salad for lunch. That is previously unheard of self restraint for me!

obrigarda - im the same,good sun to thur but fri and sat my downfall :( although i do still within syns, i cant seem to eat 105 a week and lose 3/4lbs a week

mouse - well done for loss

melliebobs, i sometimes use my a for sb, i have chai latte and are 10 syns for a skinny Shock but count as 4 :) if havnt had milk/cheese etc

beth, yes3.5 and nice and filling with salad

dizzy - well done

t quiche, salad and beans

s yog, fruit and cake which was 304 cals, that cant be 15syns if you count the 20cals a syn rule Shock was only an ickle cake :(
