Been doing SW for about 15 weeks now. Lost 1st 4lb but over the last 4 weeks gone up and down and ended up the same :(. Don't know what I'm doing wrong now. Need some inspiration to get back on track please!

can i join too please i started 6 weeks ago and only lost 4lbs in that time, don't understand what i'm doing wrong but i am perservering with it for now... can someone look at a typical day for me please and see if i'm making wrong choices?
Milk (HEA)
B - scan bran (HEB) crumbled with mullerlight yogurt, strawberries and banana
L - your quiche blondes (eggs, quark, potato, leek, peas, courgettes and mint) with salad leaves; 2 kiwi fruit, yogurt
D - Salmon fillet, stir fry noodles and lots of veg
Snacks - fruit throughout day and sometimes a mugshot inbetween toddler going to bed and making dinner at 8pm
typical syns, maybe a couple of small glasses of wine which i have pathetically measured out (8) and maybe a biscuit or two
Where am i going wrong? Okay so technically i am loosing but it is very slow and disheartening when those all around me seem to be dropping 4lbs every bloody meeting!

Are you drinking enough water with the scan bran???? even without scan bran i drink on average 6 pints of water not to mention the tea and coffee.

doineedhelp - i feel your pain, im the same, slow but steady and others lose 3/4lbs every week but your menu seems fine
ive been doing sw on and off since jan, lost about 10lbs and put it on again from 2 holidays, lost 7lbs and gained another 5lbs - christ knows what i will be fri when i wi - def a gain as been away 4 days in devon and ate and drunk very bad things

l ham quiche a la blondes, salad and beans and sc lit 2
t spag bol with tons of veg
s sc lite 2, yog, banana

blondes its reassuring to know that others are slow and steady but it is very frustrating. My leader keeps telling me its because i dont have much to lose (12lbs) but i'm not sure that washes with me, it either works or it doesnt, i've have 2 weeks where scales have not moved and there are members there who are smaller than me who still lose...
I signed up for the 12 weeks so will assess after that point, its a shame though because i'm really enjoying it and thought it could be a good, realistic healthy eating plan

I've been doing SW since January, but I've really not got anywhere for the past month.
I'm really fed up and need a kick start again.
I am within 1/2 lb of getting my stone and a half award, and have been for far too long.
I need to re-read the book I think and get back on track. I think that I may not be following the plan as well as I think I am iyswim.
My daughter (22) hit her target a couple of weeks ago, and I'm more than a little jealous.
Please can you all kick me?
Today:
b - apple, fat free yogurt
s - mugshot
l - baked potato, baked beans and salad
s - laughing cow x 2 and ham with 2 x ryvita (he a & b)
Syns - splash of milk in 3 cups of tea.

D - warburtons thin (5) salad and ham, grapes, activia yoghurt
T - pitta pocket (5) wedges, salad and home made minted lamb skewers which I have no idea how to Syn? They are marinating in oil/balsamic/lemon juice/lemon zest/mint but won't be cooked in it :-/

I don't think I drink enough. Anywhere near enough. I probably drink less than 1 litre a day.
I have tried having a drink before I eat something (in case I am thirsty, not hungry). It didn't make any difference.
I drink a few mouthfuls in one go, rarely a glassful unless I've eaten something that I need a drink after.
I drink sugar free juice, some diet fizzy drinks. I don't drink tea/coffee.
Any tips? I wonder if I can boost it up if I would lose more. Do those who have the 3lb+ loses drink a lot more than this?

i drink a lot every day, normally 2/3litres a day either in s/f squash/water/tea or diet drinks
and i dont have a huge loss every week :(

B - porridge with water and grapes
L - left over paella and salad (half and half on plate)
D - Garlic mushroom stirfry and a tiny bit egg fried rice (most of that went to DP)
All made with fry light so no syns yet!
Still struggling with my HEA. And don't say make porridge with milk, because that's just gross

why not use a for milk for a frothy coffee/cheese on pasta, in cheese sauce/rice pudding/angel delight etc

I have been doing switch since January and have now lost 3st 9lb wi tomorrow. I struggle with both HE so tend to save it for evening when I feel peckish and have ryvitas and cheese. I also need to drink more fluids
