B egg on toast, grilled tomato
L Ryvita, cottage cheese, box of green salad
D Nasi Goreng made with with tofu, rice, red pepper and peas lots of ginger and chilli, courgettes and green beans + big bowl of melon and little bit of pineapple.

Have to weigh in a day early this week as in work meeting tomorrow evening, fingers crossed for a loss.

I thought it should have been out nearly 2 weeks ago Isaac. There was a new one out at the end of April when I joined, and a new one at the end of May. So should have been the end of June surely? I had a look in the shop yesterday and it is still the last issue.

I've done my meal plan and shop now and I'm going to be doing my first red week from tomorrow. I'm hoping it'll give me a good loss.

Hi everyone. Sorry I haven't looked through all the posts but well done to all losers, chin up and fingers crossed to those who haven't lost and hi to new faces Smile

Back from hols (albeit staying with family, we were a little too enthusiastic with the vino and cake and I thought it would be a miracle if I had not put on weight! a miracle happened and had a 1lb loss at WI this morning. Yay!

I lost 5lb first week then no change for two weeks, so I am pleased for a change, although only a measly pound! So that's 6lb in 4 weeks.

Does anyone know how many syns a muller light greek style with honeyed peaches yoghurt is? They're only tiny. But it was nice! Blush

I should ask for the syns BEFORE i eat it, not after!

For me, today has been
b - nothing, day off so had lie in
l - bag of coleslaw mix, chopped apple and cucumber, 2 tablespoons extra light mayo (2 syns?), velvet crunch (4 syns)
s - 2 bourbons (7 syns)

dinner will be mushroom risotto and salad

Damage limitation successfully underway! Been an angel since the weekend's food orgy. So far, I have managed 2 days of 0 syns and it hasn't been too bad. I think it's mainly down to the heat, and impending embarrassment of putting on in the second week.

Congratulations to all who got awards or lost this week.

Well done to all those that lost!

On day 2 and so far so good.

B - toast HEB and 2 poached eggs
L - quorn with aubergine, tomatoes, couscous and a huge load of mixed salad

Dinner is chicken yakatori with brown rice, bok choy and brocolli. Will probably also have an apple chopped up with 0% Greek yoghurt mixed with 1tbsp peanut butter (4.5 Syns).

I lost 1lb this week. Not great, but not terrible considering I pigged out all weekend. Just 1lb to go til I get my 3 stone award - hopefully next week! Well done to all fellow losers Grin.

Keep eating chocolate and don't really like it

Plus drinking too much

I eat salads then get hungry and pig out :(

schooldidi I had only started and just cut the junk. I was also home alone so very easy to stick to plan.

I'm with family this week so just trying to stay the same really I think.

I'm hoping for a better loss this week, but I'm pre menstrual so that will affect my weight too. I went to a BBQ on Sun and I felt as if I was very restrained, but still ate 20 syns. Have been trying to cut down my syns since then. If I stick under 10 for the rest of the week then I should be ok I think.

Well, another pound for me this week ( though it was only 6 days as I have a work event tonight) I really want to be at target for my holiday at the end of November, so I'm hoping for a little bit more this week - I need to lose about 1.4 lb a week to get there.

Food today:
B. Melon, strawberry, blueberry 1 tbsp. natural yoghurt 1/2 oz dorset nut muesli as topping
L Box of salad, 4 ryvita, cottage cheese, apple
D Quorn "chicken" burgers x 2, new potatoes, courgette, green beans and pineapple+melon.

Blondes, I've been like that all week. Finally back with it today. Keep preserving and it'll happen :) I thought about why I wanted to lose weight and it helped a bit.

First red day and it's been surprisingly good.

B- WW sausages x2 (2) and 'fried' egg sandwich HEB and ketchup (1)
Went to the gym for 1hr 15 at lunch time so just had a banana when I finished
Then 2 mini pepperamis when I got home (2)
D- will be pizza topped chicken (cheese for HEA) with butternut squash chips and salad
Then instead of chocolate or something for my syns, I will likely have weetabix and milk to use my extra healthy extras.

I'm trying to have 5-10 syns this week instead of 15 to see if that helps.

Blondes and Isaac have you tried writing a for and against list? Our old consultant said it really helped her to focus and get motivation back

i think as im working weird hours and having days off that i eat when not hungry but my body says it should iyswim

I've just had a chopped banana topped with a banana and custard muller light and cinnamon, as I couldn't wait for dinner. Delish.

Last 2 days I've been starving. I've been good, eating free or superfree foods.

But lots of them! :(

I don't think it helps as my period is due (overdue) and they have been messed up for the last 3 months. So I get days and days of premenstrual cravings and feeling hungry all the time. Days like today 15 syns just aren't enough!! And I'm trying to stick to 13 as I think I under estimated one day as I couldn't be sure on the syns of a few bites of a chocolate cake I had. Also had a few bites of a Mr Whippy ice cream, and couldn't find the syns for that at all.

B: Banana, mullerlight, apple.
L: SW quiche (half of a large one!!) and a mugshot.
D: Bean burger topped with grilled peppers, mozzarella (HEA) and a wholemeal bun (HEB). Will have with lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, and SW chips.

Snacks (so far!!): Pink n white (2.5), apple, 4 hard boiled eggs (whites only). Half a banana.

Not sure where the rest of my syns will go, but probably chocolate. Am thinking of having a slice of wholemeal bread (2.5 syns) with some jam (0.5) to give me a sweet hit. I don't know what I want. I just want everything. And lots of it. :(

Hi havent been on for a while, i lost my mojo or whatever, not been eating junk but not eating properly. Anyway had my WI today and by some miracle lost 3lb, that means i reached my 1 and half stone award. Im really happy about it but not feeling happy with the group i go to.
No help from consultant, she has her faves and they are the biggest losers so they talk the longest etc. Our group is one of the largest so we get a lot of people from head office here, so my consultant was all smiles today and very over the top. Sorry for wingeing i think ill go in the garden and calm down before i raid the pantry :) Then ill celebrate the weight loss. Good Luck to everyone else who gets weighed today:)
