Will take my measurements tonight Mellie:)

MrsHelsBels74 · 26/06/2013 16:40

No-one's going to reassure me that weighing in at home doesn't mean anything then? Hmm

MamaChubbyLegs · 26/06/2013 18:12

MrsHelsBels what kind of scales have you got? I had flimsy digital ones that recorded a different weight every 5 minutes. And I once lost 10 kilos by leaning a bit to the left!

I'm scared of them now Grin

MamaChubbyLegs · 26/06/2013 18:17

Right, today:

B - nothing, because it was my long awaited lie in and I took full advantage until lunch time!
L - Tuna pasta salad with green beans
D - instant mash with water, cottage cheese and sweetcorn

S - grapes, rasperries, 2 mini babybels (HExA), crab sticks

I'm struggling a bit with my HExBs because I really don't like them Sad

minibmw2010 · 26/06/2013 18:34

Weighing in at home is fine as long as you are sensible about it! First thing in the morning and once (or twice at most) a week.

Today has been: B - 2xWeetabix with semi skimmed and Splenda
L - Rice and left over free bolognaise
D - Mash with chicken & peppers done in a Schwartz slow cooker chicken chasseur sauce.

So syns will be clover for my mash and the slow cooker sauce. I'm guessing 5 for the packet (so 2.5 for me) as its not on the list.

Well done fellow losers! I have been dreadful today, had pizza hut takeaway for dinner and ate loads - not even going to think about what the syn value would be! Oh well, tomorrow is another day!

IsaacCox · 27/06/2013 08:06

Well done losers Grin

I'm shocked and very happy this morning- I've lost 4lb this week and now I'm into the next stone bracket down Grin

I went to look round the gym yesterday (well gym and golf country club place) it was expensive plus I didn't like the feel of it. Then I went to the local leisure centre/gym (same stuff as the country club) and it's half the price! You can even Mumsnet etc on all of the equipment- brilliant! Grin Then we went for a swim there too (me, mum and sister) and are going to join, maybe today!

Have a great day all :)

SalaciousCrumb · 27/06/2013 08:18

Whoops. Tea ended up being Dominos. Damn their £6 pizza offer. I shared with DH though. Aaaaaand I did a 4.5 mile run and a 2 mile walk so that was 800kcal in exercise so I refuse to feel guilty

Littlemousewithcloggson · 27/06/2013 12:21

I love this thread. Makes me realise I'm not the only one who has naughty meals and that there's no need to feel guilty, just get back on track the next day. You're all very inspirational and keep me motivated, thank you x

Dawndonna · 27/06/2013 13:38
