mamachubbylegs thats a bit mean of your best friend Sad
You'll be welcomed regardless of if you need to lose 1 stone or 6 stone
(and I hope it went well!)

B: SW chips, mushroom, pepper, beans and 2 eggs
L: Ham salad and pasta with 70% fat free salad cream
D: Spicy ginger chicken, boiled rice and loads of stirfry veg
Syns: Salad cream (1 syn), options (2 syns), ginger chicken (1.5 syns)

muminthecity · 24/06/2013 18:58

mama - We get a huge mix of people at my SW group, some with 8-9 stone to lose (like me!), some with only 1-2 to lose, and some who have already reached their target weight. I'm sure you will be welcomed warmly; you certainly would be at my group Smile.

B - Banana and satsuma
L - Prawn noodle salad (2 syns for the dressing,) muller light and a satsuma
D - Pepsi Max chicken with salad (HExA for cheese with the salad)

Haven't had my HExB yet and only had 2 syns - not sure what else to eat! I did an hour long workout at the gym at lunchtime and am off to my first water workout class in a little while. Think I'll probably have a couple of hifi bars or some toast when I get home later.

BethAndHerBrood · 24/06/2013 18:59

Lol at chips for breakfast, huff! Way to go!

What brand of low fat salad cream are you using? Does it taste like salad cream?

I've got a bowl of salad to have later, might break some scanbran into it. I had 5 yesterday and they seem to have, erm, done the trick BlushGrin

MamaChubbyLegs · 24/06/2013 19:14

Well I'm back! Thank you all for your kind words Thanks

I have to report that they were indeed lovely and I had nothing to worry about (apart from my weight, that was a shock Grin )

I'm so glad I went Smile

Huffpot · 24/06/2013 19:55

Dedicated I am Beth plus really love chips and if I don't have some sort of carbs with breakfast I feel deprived and means I can save my HEX Grin

Its Heinz 70% fat fat free salad and is yummy. I wouldn't have tried it but online shopping put it in with my order once by accident

mamachubbylegs glad it went well

BethAndHerBrood · 24/06/2013 20:24

Thanks huff. I will give it a try. I do like a big dollop of salad cream with lots of things, not just salad.

I've had my big bowl of salad, i had 4 scanbrans with garlic philly on, chopped up and mixed in, and 2 hardboiled eggs. It was delicious.

And well done chubby for going to class. You've done the hardest bit!

melliebobs · 24/06/2013 21:06

Beth I use KRAFT Italian dressing. It's yummie and one of the few that I've found that's less thank 40kcal per 100g so Syn free

melliebobs · 24/06/2013 21:07

Chips for breakfast?! Thats the dream but Wow u must be super organised Grin !!!!! I'd have to be up at 5 to make that work! Lol

Blondeshavemorefun · 24/06/2013 21:31

Beth - always Heinz unless mayo then Helmans

Glad they were nice / shame dh and bf can't be more supportive :(

Mmmm, just had salmon, SW roasties, roasted veg and spinach for tea and it was gorgeous.

Made quiche a la Blondes last night and that was yummy too. But had a major snack attack after work tonight so not sure how much damage I've done.

melliebobs · 24/06/2013 22:12

How do you make SW roasties? And how many syns?

TheYoniExpress · 24/06/2013 23:06

I reckon getting up really early would be worth it for chips for breakfast!

Today's effort:

B: coffee, mullerlight, banana
L: chicken and avocado sandwich (HE) - 5 syns for 1/2 an avocado gutted!
D: salmon pasta recipe from new SW magazine
Snacks: fruit scone and butter (8.5 syns!), another banana Smile

Weigh in tomorrow morning :) Anyone else have a Tuesday WI?

Hope WIs today went well.

muminthecity · 24/06/2013 23:29

Mama - Glad it went well.

Yoni - I WI on Tuesday evenings, I think there are a few others on this thread with Tuesday WIs as well.

My water workout class was amazing. Hard work but such good fun, going to try to go every week now. I was starving when I got in though so had a bowl of noodles, a packet of skips (4.5 syns) and a muller light (cherry and choc one so 1.5 syns)! So I've had a total of 8 syns today but no HExB.

Huffpot · 25/06/2013 08:08

I'm up early with the toddling terrors and am at home with them so can normally make it work re organisationGrin
This may change come September when they start nursery in September...can't believe they will be in same school year so I lose them both at once Shock but am secretly kind of looking forward to 2.5 hours a day without them

TheYoniExpress · 25/06/2013 08:23

I love the mornings DD1 is at nursery.... I still have DD2 at home but helps keep me sane. God help me in the school hols!

1lb loss when I weighed myself this morning. So total loss of 6lb. Not bad given my heavy weekend Smile

obrigada · 25/06/2013 10:12

My weigh in is on Tuesdays as well, so will post my starting weight tomorrow morning. Is that a loss of 6lb this week Yoni?

Littlemousewithcloggson · 25/06/2013 10:25

Yay!!! 2.5lbs off this morning and got my 2 stone award. That's in 8 weeks, I am LOVING this diet.
Now going to have SW full breakfast a la huff ( looking forward to the chips)
Hope everyone with a Tuesday weigh in is happy today as well

obrigada · 25/06/2013 10:51

Yayyy Littlemouse, huge congrats:) 2 stone in 8 weeks, that is fantastic:)

BethAndHerBrood · 25/06/2013 10:56

Omg littlemouse that's amazing! You must feel really proud!

I don't feel so good today, so am on sofa with feet up. On the plus side, don't feel like eating!

Blondeshavemorefun · 25/06/2013 10:59

Bunch. Glad you enjoyed my quiche :) what did you munch on that was bad?

Mellie - sw roasties are free like sw chips. Peel and par boil for 8mins and then squirt frylite and roast them turning - just same as normal roasties but not cooked in oil

Huff - how old are your dc? Assume not twins?

Yoni - well done for lb loss

Mouse - congrats. So Envy of your two stone

B weetabix and milk and fruit
L ham and egg salad
T mince and veg and either rice or pasta

S yog - apple - banana and salad cream lite (2) crisps (4)

Hi I'm new and desperate!! i did so well on SW last year and lost a stone. I bought new jeans etc and felt great. Now I can feel them getting tighter and I'm so fed up. It seems everytime I think about restarting there's yet another social occasion to go to. Is it just that I have NO willpower? All suggestions welcome

Huffpot · 25/06/2013 12:11

littlemouse Thats amazing and although I am delighted am slightlyEnvy Wink
Whats the secret? (and did you enjoy your chips?)

One is 4 in September and the other is 3 in August so 11 months difference although they are nearly the same size! Shock

Am looking forward to my sanity break as both boys!

Blondeshavemorefun · 25/06/2013 12:16

Wow. That's close

Tho 4yr will go to school this sept won't they or is he at the end of sept so misses the cut off point

So you will have the oldest and youngest child in the school year - that will be weird but also hard for your kids

I do feel sorry for aug children as Barely 4 and at school - I had a charge who was end of sept and he missed school by 3 days - he drove mb and i insane for that year he just missed :(

Scales are showing a fab loss but not weighing in until tomorrow as that's my proper meeting and for once I'm not at work on a Wednesday. Just got to keep my fingers crossed the scales stay kind to me. I've done another 10 miles on my bike this morning. Run keeper says I burnt 800 calories. That'll do for me!

Huffpot · 25/06/2013 15:26

I know...they were both happy accidents and after the youngest survived me having surgery on my ovaries when I was 9 weeks pregnant we figure he was meant to be!
The eldest just missed out on nursery last year by 3 days and the little one is 14th August so eldest and youngest in class.
The school said its been 10 years since they've had 2 in the same year that weren't twins so they are already known there (and I'm hoping thats a good thing!)
