Snack: mugshot and muller light and one of DS's haribo type sweets : ? 1/2 syn?

D: chilli, rice, salad

Drinks: about a bottle of white wine, over the evening, cut with soda If I am good tomorrow, and do more walking, and mon, and tues - hopefully the wine syns won't bite me on the rather too large bumGrin.

Cupcake1982 · 24/03/2013 13:25

Just a quick question, what do you all count your margarine as? I use flora light and obviously not much. Do I count is as half a syn or one syn? Thanks x

Blondeshavemorefun · 24/03/2013 17:50

cupcake, would count as 1

b fruit (again)
l sweet potato and mince and veg
t
s sb so thats my a plus 4

need some tea ideas

OP posts:
beanandspud · 24/03/2013 17:58

Cupcake afraid you need to count it. Since I stopped having bread (too many syns) I don't have margarine either!

Pretty good today...

B - pineapple and yogurt
L - mashed potato with leftover tomato and butter bean casserole from last night
D - SW fish pie with veg

Yogurt and fruit as snacks.

I made this last night. Used fry light instead of olive oil and replaced the pork sausages with quorn ones (no chorizo) and butter beans instead of aduki beans - it was really good served with 'free' mash.

Blondeshavemorefun · 24/03/2013 18:20

bean, im the same, avoid bread unless have b and a roll - i object to losing 6 syns over a slice of bloody bread

dont get why you can have as much carbs via potato/pasta/rice/cous cous yet cant have free bread [hhm]

OP posts:
laughalot · 24/03/2013 18:39

Is there something controversial about wholemeal bread now?

KissMyGrits · 24/03/2013 19:53

I know, I'm a breadaholic, especially artisan bread like sourdough, honey oat and sundried tomato. Mmmmmmm....

Today was good
B: Fruit salad and muller light
L: Chicken salad
D: Beef roast (1.5 syns for gravy)

Hexa: milk hexb: alpen light

Blondeshavemorefun · 24/03/2013 22:19

Morning :)

Thank you for all the replies regarding margarine. I am going to try and not have bread every day.

Well done on the weigh in Furball thats fab!
Is the cheesy ham and pasta bake out of this months mag? If it is thats the one I was thinking of giving a try, looks good :)

Well I had a rubbish nights sleep (not sure why) however since I joined sw on Thurs generally I have been sleeping so much better, I think its because i'm not eating all the sugar that I was.
