L: a piece of ham ( a big piece of meat, not a slice), satsuma, banana
Snack: mugshot and muller light and one of DS's haribo type sweets : ? 1/2 syn?
D: chilli, rice, salad
Drinks: about a bottle of white wine, over the evening, cut with soda If I am good tomorrow, and do more walking, and mon, and tues - hopefully the wine syns won't bite me on the rather too large bum
