Congratulations iklboo Thanks

3girls1madboy · 22/04/2013 20:23

Well done iklboo Smile.

I got my 2st award tonight...I have stuck it to my fridge. Dd3 is very jealous, she loves stickers and shiny things Grin

My size 14 skinny jeans are starting to fall down, but not going to attempt a 12 for a few more weeks yet!!!

beanandspud · 22/04/2013 20:37

Well done iklboo and 3girls - brilliant news GrinThanksGrin

Had a good day today, didn't manage a run which I'm a bit annoyed about but got caught up in work stuff.

B - fruit and yogurt
L - 3 scan bran with cottage cheese, fruit
D - leftover sausage casserole (3 syns) with mash and veg
S - yogurt, fruit, options hot chocolate (2 syns)

Can I have five scan bran as a heB? If that's the case I might manage another couple for supper!

Some nice recipes in the May/June SW magazine - am tempted by peach and almond ice cream (3 syns), prawn and spinach biriyani and warm strawberry souflées (3.5 syns)

Curlywurlysareyum · 22/04/2013 21:15

Wow - well done iklboo and 3girls!! That's fab.

Had a good week and started walking again. Need 1.5 off to get my 1 stone award tomorrow night - fingers crossed!!! Had 12 off since before i started since last summer so I'm close to 2 stone. Starting to feel much better. Have to be good tonight

androbbob · 22/04/2013 21:18

well done also to iklboo and 3girls - fab losses!

I too managed a little half a pound, bringing my total to 17lbs! 3lbs to my Club 10 and then a further 1lb to my 1.5 stone sticker. Slow and steady! really need to crank it up this week to get another good loss.

5 weeks to my hols so need a mini challenge every day this week - would someone like to set some for me? May make me think of different things? Tomorrow I pledge to do a 3 mile walk while DS is at Beavers - so what can I do different for Wednesday???

Holliewantstobehot · 22/04/2013 21:20

Good to see so many new losers Wink and that everyone else is doing well and behaving Grin

WheresMyCow · 23/04/2013 09:18

Well done iklboo, 3girls and androbbob for your losses and good luck for tonight Curly

What kind of challenges do you want androbbob...exercise type or foody type?

Yesterday was:

B - 1 weetabix (half of HEb), milk & fruit
L - 3 wholegrain crispbread (other half of HEb), homemade houmous (sp?) with loads of superfree veg to dip
D - Salmon & potatoes with loads of salad
S - Apple, banana, hi-fi light bar, Highlight hot choc

There was a scan bran and some fat free natural yogurt in there somewhere too Smile

Holliewantstobehot · 23/04/2013 12:30

weighed in this morning - sts so am happy with that as know i didn't give it my all this week. Still start again today and not give up! Going to have slimming world fry up for lunch and spaghetti bolognese and salad for tea. Maybe a small glass of wine later after cubs run. Will probably need one by then!

androbbob · 23/04/2013 13:02

Wheresmycow - any challenges will do - I will promise to try my best! I generally go to the gym three times a week, one is usually a swim and I usually spend 40 mins there.

Tucking into home made pea and ham soup at the moment with a Muller yog for afters. Taco shells and chilli and salad for tea (shells are 4.5 each) and will use HEA for my cheese topping!

WheresMyCow · 23/04/2013 13:35

Well, seeing as you're so close to your 1.5 stones off, how about a challenge to make sure that you eat as many superspeed foods as you can in one day - and at least 5 as a minimum? That should help to boost your weight loss and get you that award Grin

Fisharefriendsnotfood · 23/04/2013 14:07

Ds is 6 months old today and I've lost 2 1/2 stone since he was 7 weeks. I celebrated with a big slice of Lemon cream crunch which was so good it was worth 100 syns Smile

KissMyGrits · 23/04/2013 14:17

Well done fish! I have my eye on a massive chocolatey desert from Sainsburys when I hit my goal. Only 9lbs to go!

Well done on all the losses this week everyone!

muminthecity · 23/04/2013 14:32

Can I join in? I joined SW last week, and have my first weigh in tonight. I have been very careful to stick to the plan so I'm really hoping I will have lost a few pounds!

I had a banana for breakfast and have just polished off a slice of frittata left over from dinner last night with a huge pile of salad for lunch. No syns so far! Smile

laughalot · 23/04/2013 18:00

Wow some great weight loss girls Grin. I am hopefull of getting my 1lb of this week to make it 2 stone. Went to have my hair done today 10 weeks since I last saw the hairdresser and she could really tell I had lost weight.I went to New Look yesterday to buy a top took the 12 and 14 into the changing room tried the 12 first and it fitted I was buzzing. Think I will be happy at a comfy 12.

iklboo · 23/04/2013 18:42

Curried parsnip soup for tea tonight. Tasted yummy but I've got a feeling things might be a bit...erm....windy later Smile.

KissMyGrits · 23/04/2013 20:02

So after being so proud of my weight loss DD just say to me 'Mummy, when you get in the bath why does it get sooooo deep?' What an angel!

B: Mullerlight
L: Quorn burger sandwich (hexb bread, quorn 5, mayo 1, marg 0.5)
D: Fish, rice, mediterranean veg.

Snacks: fruit salad, banana

tigerdriverII · 23/04/2013 20:23

Hello all. Keep meaning to post then get distracted.

Had my WI tonight and I lost 2lbs! That's a really big loss for me, I'm usually a lb a week if I'm lucky, I'm delighted and I have now lost exactly 2 stone. Hooray! Ive exactly 2.5 stone to go. That's 35 lb, only 3.5 lbs to half way there. I nearly gave up a month ago, so glad i didnt.

And it's a lovely warm evening so having to have a Wine in the garden.

Update: this why I'm distracted. Just had to rescue a baby bunny from the jaws of one of my cats. Grrrr!

Blondeshavemorefun · 23/04/2013 20:57

Whoops bad roly - bad mummy. All her fault

Well done tiger :)

muminthecity · 23/04/2013 22:05

I lost 9lbs in my first week! I'm delighted, that's a lot more than I was expecting. I celebrated by treating myself to a bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese for dinner Grin
