Tried on a dress I wore to my cousin's wedding in July (hoping to recycle it for DH's cousin's wedding in May - different side of family, no-one at July wedding will be there). It hung off me. It'll have to go on eBay I suppose & I'll be forced to buy something new. Grin

Welcome Marmalade! We are all pretty friendly on here and despite a few gains and sts (Easter didn't help) we are all generally doing ok with SW and have had some great successes. A lot of us are also doing it alone for all sorts of reasons.

Had a pretty good day today, helped by the news that DH is away for a couple of days which makes it easier to follow the plan.

Fruit for breakfast and a salmon salad for lunch. Just had a bit of DS's leftover pasta (free tomato sauce) to keep me going until leftover SW paella for dinner...

Alpen bars, fruit and muller light for snacks so a much better day.

Planning to get a bit of exercise tomorrow when DS is at school. Finally it feels as if I can get back to normal. Although I haven't been off for the whole Easter holidays there have been a lot of days out, trips away and too much Wine 'because it's the holidays'.

DD1 is much better, and back to her normal 13 yo self. Thank you for all the thoughts. She is starving, and we were in Tesco earlier, and Mr Kipling cakes are £1....needless to say, they were purchased, but I have abstained Grin What a good 3girls I am.

Thankfully we're back to normal tomorrow, school, work and after school clubs, so it's going to be a good week.

Welcome to new people and well done for losses!

I'm just back from my first weigh in, I lost 5lbs so very pleased indeed. I've set a target of 2lbs for this week so will hopefully get my half stone next week...we'll see!

Blondes I've not forgotten about the soup recipe. I'll post it tomorrow!

Can I just ask a quick question about Extra Easy? Does anyone NOT lose much weight or none at all if they've done a few EE days? I did all EE days last week and STS. Hmm Was just wondering if some people failed on it or if I've glitched somewhere else...

I'm on Extra Easy as well but have found some weeks I lose more than others.

I'm on EE as well and mostly lost 1-2lb the weeks I've stuck to it properly (ie both healthy extras and 10-15 syns a day).

Blondes, been thinking of you, hope yesterday was alright.

Hello to everyone new.

Been a bit busy, so haven't been posting much. Did the success express for four days, EE for three (weekend). Not much exercise last week, but managed 1lb off. So, I have nearly lost 2 stone, and have just over 2.5 stone to target. It feels manageable!!! 2lbs more and I get another sticker for my book (2st).

Hooray for the warmer weather. Salads feel so much nicer, and the urge to shovel cottage pie down my throat is fading....

Well done to kissmygrits and iklboo and other losses. I'm having a bad week. Dc3 has hand foot and mouth and is miserable, and think the other two are coming down with it two. I've hardly left the house in 7 days, eating more and no gym Hmm It doesn't bode well. Also getting next to no sleep so am fairly depressed.

I do SW on-line and can't find anything on success express an anyone point me in the right direction?

Oh goodness Fish, you're poor dc Sad. Lots of nasty things flying around ATM, time for summer to get rid of them all!

I love hula hooping mrs, dd3 is amazing at it, she can hula for ages Smile. I'm hoping the skipping will help tone my wobbly bits, and with Zumba I should be well on my way to target.

I've found EE really good, and consistently lost 1-2lb a week, some weeks 3, so hang on in there x

yesterday was hard, tears but todays another day and keep saying life goes on

doubtful i shall lose friday as what i ate/drunk yesterday :( but that sods law

i do ee marmalade and weeks are weird for me, im a yo yo :(

b fruit and yog
l quiche and salad
t chicken and veg

must try and eat my a's and b's but i do struggle , a is usually cheese, all weighed out for spag bol etc but b is hard unless i have a roll or cereal for breakfast

Well done for getting through yesterday Blondes - hope you're ok.

Marmalade I am doing EE and losing gradually on it. Haven't been very good for the last couple of weeks though. Usually have between 5-10 syns on a normal day and a few more at the weekend (generally in Wine form).

B - Fruit and yogurt
L - Jacket potato and cottage cheese with salad
D - Probably pasta with tomato/veg sauce

S - Alpen bars, fruit, yogurt

MN is not helping my weight loss by very kindly sending me 12 free bags of 'Hoops and Crosses' crisps to test Grin - 4 syns a bag - aarrrggghhh!

I had my first weigh in last night (although SW'd before) and was gutted to have last 1lb.... I know it's a loss etc etc, but had hoped for more on my first week. I suspect the problem is that most of my food is still in my intestines iykwim!! Need to rectify that.

I want to lose around 3st I think.

Hi all, sorry I've not got posting much the last few days, I've been manic busy with things here.

Sw going well though (I weigh on Thursday evening at group) managed to avoid bread and pastries last night but did have a little ice-cream.

Twatkins - with the extra easy, you'll always have better losses on that plan if you ensure you're getting 1/3 of your plate Superfree. It's not compulsory but will definitely boost the loss.

Found low syn sausages today, only 1.5syns each for pork & leek, am hungry so think dinner will be made early tonight!!

Afternoon Smile 1lb on this morning which is ok. My Mum is here until next Weds so if I can sts or +1 or 2 next week, I'll have done ok!

Then I'll be back on plan with a vengeance!!
