Buy them when you go to Spain ir Germany. Or ask friends going there to.

I bought some at a pharmacy in Seville. They were 2.5mg but didn’t do much for me. I read that small doses were more effective though, should I go up? Going abroad again next month so will try again.

I have melatonin tea and it’s much less than the tablets but works better somehow. The brand is Pompadour.

I have my fingers crossed for you. I ordered from another website today and hope they turn up - apparently if it gets seized by customs you lose your money. I hope unscrupulous sellers aren’t still selling to us knowing it won’t get through.

if it doesn’t work, I might have to find an individual in the US that would be prepared to buy and post some. I don’t think I have any friends living there, but I do have some in Canada so maybe they’ll help me.

I’ve also asked Piping Rock if they deliver to France as I’m going there with work in June.

No-one use these! I thought the prices looked a little too good to be true so I googled them - loads of 1* reviews saying they take your money and don’t send the items. Preying on desperate people it seems!

I take 6mg (2x 3mg capsules) on prescription by my psychiatrist each night.

Can't you approach your GP and ask them to prescribe.

Im sure boots do an online service now as well.

My Biovea order got delivered by DHL yesterday, not sure what delivery method they are using to get it through , as was definitely faster than my last order . Previously I think it came via Bulgaria, the delivery message on this one was from DHL Germany.

if your sleep is that bad you can speak to a GP who can just prescribe it. it's regulated legal and much safer! HTH

Kiwi fruits before bed. They are very high in melatonin and obviously a natural source.

Can anyone give a name of the pills or a link on Beovia? I tried their search for melatonin and it's showing no matches. Please🙏
