This Morning want a couple of Mumsnetters to appear with Carrie and Justine next week... anyone fancy it?

ITV's This Morning programme have invited me and Justine on to talk about the Toddlers book and want to also invite a couple of Mumsnetters to talk about how they got into Mumsnet and what Mumsnet means to them etc.

The date will probably be 4th or 5th Feb, they will need us between 9.30 and 12 and are prepared to pay travel expenses.

Anyone out there interested in snuggling up on the sofa? If you are, please put a bit of blurb about yourself here - how many children you have/how old, how you got into Mumsnet and what it means to you etc - so This Morning can decide who they might fancy inviting. If you do volunteer we may have to pass your email details on to This Morning, in case they want to chat to you, so shout now if you'd rather we didn't do that.

Thanks,

MNHQ

Ah, but if they are moldies, won't they have deregistered? If so, then they won't be mumsnetters, right?

Where is moldie forum hosted? I thought it was a secret part of MN? I am confused as to MNHQ's participation in moldie-dom.

Ilove - not all moldies have deregistered. Most post on both sites.

Am upset there was an Eamon bashing thread. I always rather liked him. And Ruth (but do not wish to share sofa with them etc).

I'll do it, four kids, btdt etc. But first I'd want to be reassured MN were giving me First Class tickets, not Business Class, from Nigeria.

i lurve Fern. And Phil. I really do. i loved the fact Fern could barely conceal her disdain when they had Jacques Perreti on. Or at least that's what I was hoping. [don't watch it often obviously]
Not quite so keen on Ruth and Eamonn, sorry. Just don't mention GF!

I dont think they'll be doing a phone in Kerry. But I'd have loved to hear that . Especially if they have a little picture box up on screen of you, as you are 'airing' your laundry, so to speak. You would sound utterly mental

A 1st class ticket is about £3K, YG. I bet a train ticket from Leeds costs more!

Can I do it? They won't know what a fanjo is and will probably ask me on live telly!

Where do they film it?

Will they provide:

a) childcare
b) mandatory mn Boden gear
c) stylish, easy to maintain new haircut
d) as above - makeover

If so I'll be there!

I'm 32, have 2 ds's aged 3 and 7 months. Found mn after a whole heap of shit well executed arguments about weaning on another pareting site! Decided that mn was more "me" and have never looked back (and very rarely shifted my arse from the sofa where my laptop is conveniently placed!) since!
