Pagwatch, I have looked at your pics and they are lovely. Ds1 is a gorgeous looking boy. I am a little alarmed by the photo of your 2 boys in the garden as those steps look just like the steps I had in my old garden. And yes, it was in the south east. How long have you lived there may I ask?

CatIsSleepy · 06/01/2009 14:03

i do love daddyj's posts

ok i missed all this moldie business over xmas as had 2 weeks off MN

is the gist of it some MNers now think they're too good for MN? or that the rest of MN isn't good enough for them? isn't that a bit insulting? should i be insulted?
should i be worried that i don't feel that insulted?

harleyd · 06/01/2009 14:03

rhubarb..fab analogy

pagwatch · 06/01/2009 14:03

5 years in April.

Guildford?

Rhubarb · 06/01/2009 14:04

Thank you!

I just thought the others were a bit shit!

pagwatch · 06/01/2009 14:05

Rhubarb

A fine one. The definitive one in fact.

DaddyJ · 06/01/2009 14:05

Madam at the weekends

Rhubarb, it was a good analogy!
Particularly for those who STILL maintain
that everything is peachy.

Rhubarb · 06/01/2009 14:06

Oh and I think you'll find that I have the cutest baby on Mumsnet thankyouverymuch! My profile - look and weep tears of envy!

coppertop · 06/01/2009 14:06

Great analogy, Rhubarb.

And as a non-Moldie I don't know the answer to your question, Foxytocin but didn't want you to think you were completely invisible!

CatIsSleepy · 06/01/2009 14:06

rhub, i liked it but thought it went on a bit
some of us have short attention spans y'know

harleyd · 06/01/2009 14:06
SinkingontheTitanic · 06/01/2009 14:07

Close, but not close enough. There must be loads of steps just like that all over the south east.

foxytocin · 06/01/2009 14:07

is the gist of it some MNers now think they're too good for MN?
possibly yes

or that the rest of MN isn't good enough for them?
possibly yes

isn't that a bit insulting?
no

should i be insulted?
no

should i be worried that i don't feel that insulted?
no.

Rhubarb · 06/01/2009 14:08

Ah, I shall condense it next time, thank you for your feedback! I could also make additions from time to time, save it as default etc. Please do feel free to use it yourselves whenever you feel it may be of use! I only request a small donation.

Foxytocin always struck me as having great presence.
(I hope I am allowed to say that)

Flightattendant7 · 06/01/2009 14:08

Oh no i am kent. Kent is rubbish btw. I was dragged up in ewell till the tender age of four.

I have lost the accent now tho.

FairLadyRantALot · 06/01/2009 14:09

Rhubarb, Morti is just gorgeous ...
and I liked your analogy....well, it seems to be the one that is pretty spot on on how I understand this whole debacle !

pagwatch · 06/01/2009 14:09

foxy

maybe not but you should be worried by Rhubarbs baby...
Fine baby Rhub.
Mine used to look like that sometimes.

CatIsSleepy · 06/01/2009 14:11

thanks for clearing that up foxy

FairLadyRantALot · 06/01/2009 14:11

ClarissimoUsedToBePeachy · 06/01/2009 14:11

'Rhubarb, it was a good analogy!

Everything is Peachy here indeed

oh yes

six of us buggers plus the cat

and even the cat is odd, the carers from the NAS home oposite sneak around photographing him

pagwatch · 06/01/2009 14:12

Flight
I used to live in Sidcup !

We had to leave Kent to find nursery provision for DS2 when his SN started their life changing effects. He then ended up in school in Woking. We have had to move twice to get him the best schooling for him.
I love it here though. Come and shop

DaddyJ · 06/01/2009 14:13

ah fuck
last time it was flight
this time it's peachy
I AM SORRY
that's not what I meant!!

FairLadyRantALot · 06/01/2009 14:13

so pagwatch...is it just that photo or does your OH really look like Darren Gough???
