If my children came home with a story like this (minus the sexual shenanagans that is) I would give them a lecture on tolerance and being nice to people, probably ending with "how would that make you feel". I certainly wouldn't let them have their club in my house. It does sound very little girls in the playground, something that I hope dd will grow out of pdq (very keen on little clubs with innies and outies, she is, and quick to be upset if she thinks she falls in the later group).
