Why did the "Lisa Johnson One to Many" thread get deleted?

I've seen the deletion message but don't understand why the comments that broke talk guidelines couldn't have been deleted and the rest of the thread left to stand.

Lisa Johnson claims that she had it removed because she put pressure on MN to do so.

Can anyone from MNHQ clarify please?

Nobody is asking who you are. You keep telling us we are wrong, that being a "global business strategist" is totally different from being a business coach, but then not telling us how. You implied that you had superior understanding because of your experience in "the online space".

What's "the online space" ? Do you just mean...the internet?

Given the public bashing of individuals in this thread including the sharing of personal Facebook pages I’m sure you can absolutely respect my decision not to divulge any information that can lead to me being identifiable. I’m sure @BeckyAMumsnet and @MNHQ will also respect that stance :)

You can easily find the difference between a business coach and a business strategist on google without having to ask me for my area of expertise.

Lisa Johnson also has a Mastermind called DI (Destination Inspiration) which I believe comes in at around £20,000 a year.

I also believe you can pay to be sponsored as her recommended whatever. She will then recommend you to her audience as her go to funnel builder, for example.

So it’s fair to say she does offer a diverse range of products.

Sharing the public FB page of a public figure who posted on MN using her real name is hardly akin to doxxing and you know it.

I also want to know the difference, in words of one syllable, between a business coach and a business strategist.

Why would (or should) people sign up to her courses if the difference between coach and strategist is not clear?
Do you think it's fair to say that you should be experienced in online space if you want to do one of her courses?
OTM seemed different to that (and more accessible to the average person) and was quite tempting to me when I came across it to start with.

I expect that we will see some rewriting on the site over the next few days or weeks to remove the multiple times the words coach or coaching are used but at this point they are used repeatedly and it is clear what is being offered.

Wow. That is such an own goal publicity wise.

I am amazed that a business strategist would not realise that.

Imagine how people reading all this will perceive the business and the business owner now and how many potential customers will now not be interested compared to how many would have been had this been used to create positive publicity.

If I want to stand by the comment that is apparently libellous, I have to give over my personal details. MNHQ will only release them to the complainant if ordered to do so by a court.

Yes, they already took down the previous screenshots of Facebook accounts recommending her, when we looked into what those people had actually achieved after doing her course(s).

Since there are screenshots of her saying what she is claiming is a lie then she cannot possibly win a libel case. Did she think there was no proof?

I mean, if you take that comment down, this thread will remain, I guess?

Whenever I discover that punters are encouraged to go to meetings and seminars, away from home, where they get to meet the upline who have made loadsamoney, I do tend to think of MLMs.

Or pm you with them for you to use as evidence if required, if they are too scared of Lisa to post them publicly.

I would be interested in seeIng the claim of 60 new people signing up to OTM, as a result of the last thread, being substantiated.

Oh that claim has gone out the window now, apparently the last thread and this one have caused LJ financial loss because posters are openly saying it's put them off spending money with her company.

So I guess 60+ people didn't sign up to OTM as a result of the last thread
