Huge ads not scrolling

Got a new one here, for me at least. Huge ads taking up top half of screen, I understand there are some pretty big ads but this one stays static and doesn’t scroll.

Once a scrolling ad appears, you’re left with an entire screen of advert as per screenshot

Same here - it’s really irritating.

I had the pig one too. No writing on it, but I've just seen a different scrollable version that said it was sponsored by Animals for Australia (or something similar)

The cow one can’t be an advert and nothing happens when you click on it. The way it pops up is like a pop up. Seems to be a hack.

I am a cow and I have a huge arse. Although admittedly not one as bloody splendid as hers.

Thanks to you all for letting us know - we can absolutely understand that if ads do not scroll you're unable to read/view the thread or your own replies.

We're trying to get some answers as to why this happening and have passed on your feedback. It's a clear no to the cows and the loo cleaning!!

I've been getting it randomly today too, including on this thread. Sounds like I'm doing better than some of you, at least it's an advert for a holiday (I assume, it's a nice looking pool).

They just appear when I'm scrolling either in a thread or through active too so I have accidentally clicked a couple times.

Even better, when I tried to reply to a thread just now the keyboard covered the lower half of the screen and the advert covered the whole of the top. I literally could not see a word I was typing. I just gave up.

I have no issues with hotel chocolat, but when their advert is so inconvenient it's pushing me away from the site hosting it then somethings gone wrong.

Same here. And I'm really not impressed by the topic - picture of cute farm animal with no context, when clicked on it's about animal cruelty I farming. In Australia.

Without my glasses I thought I had a giant 420 friendly pig. I think it might be straw though?? Or is mn trying to entice the cool crowd?

I’ve just had this problem start in the last hour. It’s incredibly annoying as it means I can only read 2 posts at a time and scrolling is difficult because it’s hard to avoid the ad. @mnhq sort it out please!

Yes, I have the same problem. I was going to post about it, then saw this thread in Active. Its making the site unusable 😕
